This is one of the few moments in any video game where I was literally shook up. It's a huge accomplishment that they even got me to care in the first place. Normally, I'd just shrug my shoulders and be link whatever. This moment in Spec Ops really struck me.

Has a video game ever given you nightmares?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Not that I can really remember - my friend had nightmares after playing Resident Evil for the first time though and he even slept with the lights on because of how terrified he was. -
How do you decide which followers to bring on which quests?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
It's usually based on tactical reasons why I carry certain followers because their skills will come in handy in certain situations. -
Does anyone prefer gaming without followers/companions?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Usually I prefer not to unless it's another person because Ai followers for the most part, become a burden to you. Instead of helping and protecting you, it's the other way around. Without them, I can concentrate my energy on fending for myself. -
Doesn't change the fact that the politicians are the single biggest influencers when it comes to maintaining order in a society.

Possibly - I have only played a session with some Japanese girl in GTA online but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Just find people who play the same game as you do and organize it. -

And it's because most western societies have neglected that which why we are seeing certain societies literally falling apart. -
Well said - But I looked it up and EA sports makes 1.49 Billion dollars from all their sports series combined so I can definitely see why they probably won't pay that. As for governments shutting them down - only Belgium has acted so far so we have a long way to go on that frontier. Having said that, this is freaking hilarious! I also can't stand Fifa because of their greed and corrupt practices but I just love when two soulless companies go at it. As I said in the comments, I don't particularly like either company but it's full time somebody gave EA a taste of their medicine.

In what has become a common theme with Ubisoft, they announced a new Battle Royale - Ghost Recon Frontline which has greatly upset the community including myself as I love the Ghost Recon series. However, they did say they were going the Live Service/ F2P route with their games so we shouldn't even be surprised. What are your thoughts on this?

I'm not quite sure but I heard their area of expertise was mobile games. Of course, I hope I'm wrong about that because the mobile gaming market is an absolute cesspool right now.

Konami officially ruins PES by making it F2P
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Gaming News
PES was the closest thing to competition Fifa had and Konami absolutely killed that. -
Exactly - it's a never-ending cycle when it comes to gaming. There's always something that's there to be discovered. Movies for the most part can't sustain that kind of attention for an extended period of time like games can. I've known of people playing videogames for 72 hours straight. You won't find movie addicts who are anywhere as dedicated as that...

If you're into card games - there's EdoPro which is a Yugioh game that's very lightweight and is easy to play right out of the box.

We'll be lucky if we see GTA 6 by 2025 - they're remastering every game in the series and releasing new ports of GTA V. I bet that they'll remaster GTA 4 next.

What games do you wish you could play, but can’t on your platform?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I'd also like to play the Ratchet and Clank games on PC as well... -
Do you generally find co-op games fun or frustrating?
killamch89 replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
It really depends on who is my co-op partner - if they're fun to be around and they are decent at the game, then I'll have a lot of fun. Otherwise, it's a no go for me.
