Games where you can turn your enemies against one another?

Sometimes in TLOU 2 and in Left Behind, there are parts where you can turn Infected and human opponents against each other strategically. What are some other games that include this feature?

Yes, it's possible too around GTA series. Their is nothing cheat can't do, it's accessible to turn the pedestrians fight for you against the enemies.

In most of Assassin's Creed games, you can make use of berserk darts to turn enemies into killing each other. Also in Skyrim, the Skyrim fury spell can be used to provoke dragons in Ultima online to fight each other.

Doom2 has a really good level designed around that. Map 08 "Tricks and Traps". When you walk through one of the many doors there's a room with a bunch of Baron of Hell's facing away from you and on the other side of the room there's a Cyberdemon that is facing you. Naturally the cyberdemon aggros and shoots at you but the Baron's are all in the way and they all begin a fight to the death. You can try go guns blazing but its more practical to save ammo and just let them all kill each other off.

What's interesting in Doom is that the monsters never attack their own kind, except for the human zombies. Are they trying to tell us something with that?

Hmm, maybe they simply have sympathy too for their kind xD. That's wonderful for the game dev to make it look real.
