Favorite weapon or setup in FPS ?

What is your favorite weapon or setup in a FPS  game?

In COD I always go with a quick SMG, quick aim or fast runner perk and as much as stunt/flash grenades as I can carry.

I am more of sniper guy myself. I make sure to get my hands on it. I do like some burst every now and then so I also find the gun that matches for the burst placement.

I typically go with a sub-machine gun or small rifle with a scope and on some occasions, a suppressor.

In Q3A, if there is a BFG, I grab it, because it is too big and fun an advantage to ignore. Otherwise, I use the plasma gun whenever possible. If I can’t grab that, shotgun or rocket launcher if I am in tight quarters. If there are some fun sniping spots, the rail gun. If there aren’t, I avoid it like the plague, cause I am a dreadful shot. If I am playing bots, I do also spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to gauntlet everyone.

 

In UT2004, I usually prefer the link gun or the minigun.

Depends on the game. For CoD I tend to favour machine pistols and anything I can run around with akimbo.

For slower paced single player games I tend to favour snipers.

Burst is fun in games like PUBG and few other similar battle royale where you don't have much higher ground.

I do like sniper rifles.

Sniper are fun be it any game. Not just FPS but also in some action games where you have like DMC like creatures etc.
