DudeThatsErin Posted July 29, 2020 Posted July 29, 2020 I go to The Verge or PC Gamer. I trust them the most and they don't have as many clickbait titles as other places. I don't go out for gaming news that often though. What about you?
Shagger Posted July 29, 2020 Posted July 29, 2020 Social media, YouTube as well as, of course, websites like VGR. I'm not big on the major commercial video games media because their success, or even survival, is tied directly the success of the video games industry, so it's hard to put full trust in anything they say. The Blackangel Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 I get my news here, or the occasional YouTube video if a thumbnail pops up that catches my eye. DC 1
skyfire Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 Twitter. You get all sort of the latest leaks and the news there. Just follow the right twitter channels and the influencers. All the news that you need would be in single feed in that case.
Spikey Posted August 1, 2020 Posted August 1, 2020 If YouTube counts I usually go there. I don't have social media so I can't get my gaming news from there. I sign up to get email updates from gaming companies that I like.
The Blackangel Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 I like getting news here, because what people post is what I consider the most pressing/important stuff. There is tons of "news" out there, but a lot of it's bunk. So I prefer to get it straight from gamers themselves. If they decide it's important enough to post on a gaming forum, then it's important enough for me to read.
