It seems other HD texture packs require payment, and this is just a free alternative to those who want something for free. The graphics do look quite nice. The modding community in GTA San Andreas are still making graphics mods for the game as well, that make it look like a whole other game too, an example :
Empire Posted January 13, 2021 Posted January 13, 2021 GTA mods has been on going for years, they even made the full GTAIV map for GTA5 and when driving around in the map you think you elsewhere. My GTA4 game is fully upside down made into something else.
