I second this. Either of those would be my first pick!

One set in China could give us more perspective on some of the technology they used like the Chinese stealth suit among other things.

To add to what @kingpotato has already mentioned, try capturing some random townsfolks, hogtie them and feed them to some alligators. I don't know why but I found it very relaxing 🤣

Like in GTA V if you want to meet weird characters go to the question marks in the map between Main story missions, it makes the game more enjoyable. Also try to do Bounty missions to save some money for good horses and practice shooting while horse riding, I was very bad at it in the beginning .
