Some gamers find it difficult to set their priorities in the right way which makes them play more than they should when they shouldn't. This is what usually leads to addiction. 

You don't get to have so many responsibilities to take care of as a kid and it's why playing video games seemed like a priority for most of us then. 

When you're old enough to know what's good for when they are good for you makes a lot of sense. It's why most adults that's reasonable drop the games when it's better to sleep. 

Maybe they give vgr more time than they allocate to video games, well you wouldn't blame them as vgr is a really interesting place to be and you can actually come and place your comments even with your spare 20mins while on the job. Playing video games for that same amount of time wouldn't give you the full satisfaction you need.
This days I get really busy and I only play video games for at least an hour daily.

I like Playing alone. Don't really have to bother or entertain anyone else. 

Most of the time I prefer to play alone, and I rather enjoy having games that I play only with a certain group of friends and vice versa. One of my D&D players introduced me to a friend group and we play video games quite frequently, even though I originally wanted to play D&D exclusively and that be it. I treat video game friendships like any other relationship: there's a time and a place for communication, and usually it's not outside of that one game. Maybe that's just me, and maybe that seems exhausting. I regret losing friends simply to distance from the game, but it's bittersweet. I've got the memories playing with them and the good times we've had are what matter most. That said, I don't want to go through that every time I play something.
If there's one drawback to playing with other people it's being conscious of them. Am I going too fast, too slow, am I taking the spotlight from them, am I lagging behind, do they want to go this way or that way? It really chives my spuds when my current game friend asks "another round?" or "what do you want to play?" and I'm thinking you invited me, you pick. They mean well, and I appreciate them asking rather than dictating more often than not.
If I had to choose one way to play for the rest of my days, it'd be solo. There's many other hobbies I can induldge in with other people where we're all on even footing, but when I play a video game I want to play it, not wait or rush, or worry about the other person.

I think that you could actually do a pretty tasteful add supported game. Think of it this way, lets say its a game like GTA, could be singlie/multi or could be an MMO. Well put in patches that make the billboards show ads. it would be part of the environment, but make the game devs some money, wouldn't be intrusive and would actually show a changing environment when they change ever few days / weeks/ whatever.

Gran Turismo would be my best pick amongst the games you guys played. You did well by your brother. Not many get such treatment from their blood. 

We played Gran Turismo, rocket legends, iron Man VR, star trek and other  live games.

Thanks for the clarification you've carried out on both games. I never played WRC games nor British rally games, I'm just concentrated on GT 7 at the moment and few others. I love GT due to the Mod option, you purchase mod, rebrand your vehicle, upgrade vehicle and enjoy the beauty of racing game. 

It's not going to take you anywhere no matter how much try to use it. It's the same thing with faulty or broken controller. It will cost you your games in a painful way. 

We are flawed by nature. It's only the one's that realized that we ought to do better and try to do so are the one's that's making the world a better place. 

That's bullshit. Especially to those of us who have no family other than their pets. If they're just an animal, then so are you. We're nothing more the bipedal primates. We're just mammals. This entire forum is full of beings that are nothing but animals. The only difference is: not a god damn thing. You may think you're superior to other animals, but in truth you're not. Homo Sapien is one of the lowest life forms. We have greater technology, but due to our own corruption, we're not much better than whatever is on the bottom.
So don't ever say that they're "just an animal". That makes you come of as calling them disposable.

Been there. I don't know how many controllers our bulldog has destroyed. She also destroyed my Switch, as well as @Rain Dew's Switch.

If my controller is still in good playing condition, I will never get bored with it. It's when it gets faulty that I can't stand it for a day. 

No gamer ever feels comfortable playing with a faulty console or PC controller. It ruins your gaming flat and out. 

You need to work on that mate. I know you are capable of doing it, having played for that long. 

Whenever Switch 2 comes out, I'm never going to miss out on it and I hope it's not going be like what we're experiencing with PS5 now for being too scarce in the retail market.

I've only gotten through one season without getting fired early, but as my skills improve that should change.

I could easily see myself getting a Switch 2 in 2025 or 2026.  I would buy one sooner, but I don't buy consoles very often.  I'm also not an early adopter.  I love my current Switch Oled and am really into the one game I own for it WRC 8.  I'm only restating a lot of this because there seems to be a lot of new members here.

Finally, there's one who's giving more time to this kind of game, so it doesn't look like I'm the only freak here 😂.

I haven't played the game that much but from what I've heard about it, it seems like a lot gamers are interested in it. I'm not sure if that makes it underrated. 

I'm very sure that you might be able to get it from ebay. I think I have seen it listed on the platform some time ago. 

If it's something that's not serious which I can attend to anytime without any problems, I'd play my games and get to it later but if it needs my immediate attention, the games wait.
