    The best survival horror games I've played so far are Silent Hill 2, The Evil Within 2, The Last Of Us, Dead Space, Resident Evil Remake and both Resident Evil 2s from 1998 and the more recent 2019 one. All terrific and super creepy games. However, from the game's I've played, some good survival/crafting games worth checking out are 7 Days To Die, Conan Exiles, Don't Starve and Minecraft (on survival mode).

    One Mech game that I grew up with was called Mech Warrior 2 on PC. That game took over my life for a while. It came with my PC back in the day and I loved it so much. Felt super immersive and the audio and 3D graphics were really impressive for the time.

    Haha, thanks! Been playing on and off for a fair few years now (since I was in Uni). Taught myself, but always wished I’d had some lessons. Your kind words mean a lot! 🙂 And I’m sure you’d sound great after some practice!

    Oh, snap! I’m all about conjuration and swordfighting in Skyrim. I think one of the reasons I love the Elder Scrolls games so much is the freedom - you really can build your character around your own specific play-style of choice.

    Probably more of a magic-wielding warrior. I do like being able to use a sword effectively when I’m in a bind. Haha, I can empathise with that latter statement, lol.

    I often skew towards a “Jack of All trades, master of none” build. Essentially, I like to cast spells, wear heavy armour and wield deadly swords... whatever class that is, that’s the one I want, lol.

    It’s got to be Days Gone. Even though the zombie craze is a little long in the tooth, I’m a fan of the studio behind the game - Sony Bend. The last game that they developed was Uncharted Golden Abyss, which is one of the Vita’s best games. Got high hopes for Days Gone. It looks rad.

    This is a very strong list. Cube is super underrated and the first Saw is excellent. Seven is legendary, too.
