  1. I have to also agree and say Lost Odyssey. The story in itself was in a league of it's own, and the character development was just on another level! Lost Odyssey was overlooked by so many which was such a shame.
  2. Over the years, Microsoft and Xbox have made big changes to their UI and as someone who has always been a huge fan of Xbox, I have noticed a huge difference in how much easier it is to now set up your new Xbox without running into issues or problems. I remember it used to be a pain to set up and get into your account but now, the process is so simple, you can be playing a game within 20 minute or less.
  3. I do like how much they offer to Game Pass subscribers at the moment but I can't help but feel that Xbox could offer so much more to their subscribers, especially since the price has increased by a lot over the years. I would love to see more perks offered for Game Pass Subscribers as well as more early beta access or even just beta access opportunities too. Sneak peeks would be an awesome addition I feel.
  4. One game that I feel stands out when it comes to Xbox would have to be Portal (2007). This game was not an Xbox exclusive but it was definitely a game that was popular on the Xbox. I loved how Portal completely reimagined narrative delivery and spatial puzzles.
  5. Halo for sure on this one with Gears of War being a very close second for me. Halo has been a favourite of many since the release of the very first Halo with many I know now still playing Halo Infinite. I can't think of one thing that would make it so that Halo could not stand the test of time.
  6. This one has to be Halo for me. Halo has such a unique storyline as well as a unique setting for their games as well. I have enjoyed every Halo game since the first one and the story has just been amazing and one I became hooked on throughout.
  7. From what I have heard from many, Elden Ring seems to be the one that captures the spirit of adventure. Many have commented on the constant danger and awe when you are playing the game which I agree, adds a lot to the game and makes the game more immersive.
  8. It is great to see that Game Informer is making a comeback. It was a shock that they shut down after 30 years and I know many, including myself were upset to see them go. It seems they may have just needed a breather and are coming back bigger and better!
  9. I am looking forward to seeing the handheld from Xbox. I have long said I would love to see a handheld console from Xbox and it finally seems as though this may be happening. I know that I read that images were leaked of the Xbox handheld console and from what I have seen, it looks good so far, we just need an announcement which I hope is coming soon.
  10. This sure does suck for those who used the service for game preservation for sure. I know many that would have done so and not being able to access games you bought is a real kick in the butt. We can only hope that publishers will step up and I sure hope they do.
  11. I have been seeing this a lot, there seems to be a lot of rumours at the moment going around, so I agree, we should be taking it with a pinch of salt at this point. It would be nice to see a Half-Life 3 announced but not something to get hopes up about as it could only lead to disappointment.
  12. I remember playing the Witcher 3 but I didn't play it for very long at all. It is a game I would love to go back to though when I have the time and play through. I think it is great they are doing something for their 10-year anniversary 🙂 it allows them to celebrate with the fans and for the fans to be able to celebrate with one another.
  13. This is awesome to see. I love how they are now making more games available on all consoles rather than just keeping them exclusives, it gives everyone a chance to play their games regardless of their preferred console. I am a huge fan of Gears of War so will be picking this up 🙂
  14. I am glad to see that they now offer a single player mode. Not everyone is interested in multiplayer or online modes and most want to be able to play online and enjoy the game on their own so this is a great move for Prophecy Games. I do wonder if we may see other game developers follow in suit?
  15. It is such a shame when we see a game that sounds great and is everything that we wanted to see in a game, end up not coming to fruition because the developers choose to cancel it before the game is complete. This would have been a great game and would have also been a game that many would have had an interest in, such a shame to see it cancelled.
  16. This is not a surprise with the trade wars being the way they are at the moment. I did expect there to be some price hikes and did expect them to be quite high. I don't think this is the last we are going to see of price hikes in the gaming industry though and we should be prepared to see more in the future, at least for as long as the trade wars stay.
  17. I haven't played The Texas Chainsaw Massacre but I know people that have and they are enjoying the game. I will admit that I don't hear too much about the game though so I wonder if their reason may have also been due to lack of player base. I guess if they have other games in the pipeline, would make sense to stop the support.
  18. The last game I played which I am still currently playing at the moment due to the partners event is Monopoly Go. I am not a huge fan of Star Wars which is what this update is but I do love collecting the stickers and other in-game items too and enjoy the game.
  19. I have always found phone grips and phone cases with stands help make using mobile devices easier, especially if you are in a situation where you need better grip or you need to place your phone down. I tend to play a lot of point and press games on my phone so having a good grip and a sturdy stand helps a great deal.
  20. The hardest game I have ever played was Cuphead. I remember seeing many streamers playing it back when Mixer was around and I loved that it was a game that was difficult and a challenge. When I noticed the game was on sale, I decided to snag it, I played it for around 30 minutes and rage quit. I have not been back to the game since but I know that if I wanted to, I could go back to it at any point.
  21. I am loving see the integration of fitness being brought into the gaming world. For many years we only ever had games that we sat and played and I lost count of the amount of times I heard from family members when I used to play games when I was younger that I should head out and get some exercise and fresh air. Having fitness integrated into video games not only brings a new way to play games but it also allows you to be active as well as being entertained. Not a lot of people tend to head out as much as they could due to certain mental health conditions, so giving them the option to be active whilst playing games helps greatly.
  22. I do still enjoy playing multiplayer games but will admit that I don't tend to play them with randoms if I don't have friends or family to play with at the time. I am thankful that most games either have free-for-all or solo play when it comes to multiplayer so that I have that option to be able to play whether I have anyone online to play or not.
  23. I remember Zuma very well, thinking back I can still remember the sound effects as well. Such a classic game and an addictive one too! Loxor is not one I have heard of before but I am intrigued and will be checking this one out. Zuma had me hooked so hoping this one will be just as good 🙂
  24. There are a lot of horror games I would love to play. I watch DazGames on YouTube and he plays a lot of horror games, it is one of his most watched series on YouTube and some of the games I have seen him play, I would love to play myself but due to me getting scared easily with horror games, I have steered clear from them.
  25. This is a good question as it has been a long time since I started watching gaming YouTubers. Thinking back over the years and of those who I have watched and still do now, I am pretty sure the very first gaming YouTuber I watched was LazarBeam and then from there, I found so many others gaming YouTubers and now I follow and stay up to date with most of them.
