You have to have a good story first and foremost. After you have that, you need to pick your cast. Not every actor can properly pull off every role. For example Kevin Costner and Marlon Brando could never have pulled off the roles of Harry and Lloyd in Dumb & Dumber. So an appropriately chosen cast is vital. Then you have to have the right director and production company with the right producers. The crew behind the camera is just as important as the cast in front of the camera, if not moreso. But it all begins with an engaging story. If it's not something people would enjoy seeing as a movie, it's not going to make it. I don't know if any of my stories that I have written (2 novels, several shorts) would make good movies, but it would be interesting.

Depending on the music, band, and songs, the vieos can be both entertaining and explanatory of some songs. Some make good use of it, others don't. It's a case by case basis.

Grown Ups had its moments, but I agree. It was pretty stupid. Adam Sandler was good in his early years, but seems to have gotten more interested in the money than the movie itself these days.

I can't argue with that. Cops here are all lazy bastards on a power trip. I've been assaulted and they did absolutely nothing. The asshole that attacked me even admitted that he attacked me. They don't take reports, even when my car got broken into. The corruption doesn't stop there. In my town, it goes all the way up. The residents here all know it. The chief of police, our town representatives, the city council, the vice mayor, the mayor, and everything in between. Yet the voters aren't able to do much. We elect new people to office, and they're taking bribes in their first quarter to keep things the way they are. They're raking it in, so they see no reason to change anything. Thousands of residents have reported this to the state government. The attorney general, their state representative, the governor. Nothing is done. Corruption runs thicker than oil here.

I'm only going to respond to this. Where do you get that Biden is responsible for gas prices? No president, regardless of party, has any control over the price of gas. It's not something they can control. They can't pass laws of any kind that would affect the prices. It's not something within their power. If they could, then they could limit the price on everything. They could make brand new homes and cars be required to sell for $1.00 in that instance. It's the oil drillers that control the price of gas. They are importing it from offshore oil rigs, and places like the middle east. To cover their costs, they have to sell it higher, which in turn raises the price of gas. And Biden isn't the only president that gas has been high under. Many republiKKKlans have jacked up the price as well.

You really don't get it do you? Government assistance has nothing to do with families staying together or splitting up. It's ASSISTANCE not divorce pills. The incentive to stay together is because they love each other. Because they have a happy and healthy home. Because they enjoy time with their spouse. And millions of other reasons. First off, fuck the "traditional family" rhetoric. It's bullshit. Broken homes are not the downfall of society, despite your desperate wish that they were. Secondly, I get less than $1,000 per month. That's disability which is paid to me by the government. If it wasn't for food stamps, I couldn't eat. Since I need a government assistance program, does that mean that I should starve instead? You know, so that government programs could be done away with. I can't work. Muscular Dystrophy took that option away from me. I barely have the strength to stay up past 7:00PM (19:00) these days because my body just wears out too much. But then again, people like me don't matter since we won't contribute to society, right? It's not that we don't or can't it's just that we're too lazy, right? I get it though. Either way it falls, we just don't matter.

I hated The Sound Of Music. It was just god awful. Two that I absolutely love though, are Sweeny Todd, and The Phantom Of The Opera.

The best way is to just say that you personally didn't like it. Others might have, but you didn't. Tell others to draw their own conclusions. The movies I listed were fairly popular, especially Dumb & Dumber. But I just didn't like it. It was abstract craziness and just not entertaining. One of Jim Carrey's worst performances.
