To each their own, but I still feel Arthur’s death was more devastating.

It’s almost unanimously hated. Not because it’s a generally difficult dungeon. But because it’s such a maze and one wrong turn can cost you hours of wasted time. Finding several of the paths and items is next to impossible. And the boss key is so hidden in a spot that literally no one would ever look, it’s not possible to beat without the guide.

Just stick them in your weapon locker. You’ll always have them ready if you decide you want or need them. Personally, the only rifles I tend to carry are the Springfield, Varmint, and Rolling Block. I keep the sawed off as my both my sidearms. At least until chapter 4 when I can buy the M1899 pistol.

Are there any games that no matter how many times you have played it, no matter how many years you have been playing it, you still need a guide for at least one part? I do. It's Zelda OoT. The only part I need one for is the Water Temple. That's just so I can find my way around the damn thing. It is by far the most elaborate, complex, and confusing dungeon in the entire game. And although I have been playing the game for well over 20 years, I still have to have a guide to find my way around in the damn place. I don't need a guide anywhere else in the game or for anything else in the game. Just the water temple. I do keep a FF8 guide handy, but that's only for reference. Like what a card will modify into and what that item can modify into, etc. I don't need it for gameplay. Just a reference manual for items and cards. I don't have that memorized, and can faithfully say that I never will.

There's a lot of things in RDR2 that serve no functional purpose of any kind, but are unique items. Like the fertility statue and the female fertility statue. They have absolutely no use or purpose, and if you sell them you barely get anything for them. There's also Catherine's brooch, the emerald that you get from Mr. Margaret, and the pen you get from Jimmy Brooks. None of them have a purpose. They can all be sold, but once you do that they are gone forever. You can't buy them back. So me personally, I like to hang on to those things. Especially rare and unique guns. But you can't sell your guns in the game, so that one may not count.

I did that with the PS3, and it was horrible. Remote play from PS3 to PSP was just not worth the experience. I don't know what the remote play is like right now, but hopefully it's a hell of a lot better.

PSP is the system that I was introduced to God Of War on. Chains Of Olympus is still my favorite in the entire franchise. Also you can watch movies on the PSP. That was actually the reason I ended up picking one up. The first one I got was the white Assassin's Creed edition. I still have the PSP somewhere around here, but lost the disc long ago. Losing the disc didn't initially bother me, because at the time I didn't like the game. Oh, how foolish I was.

This one was a demonstration at the county fair. I'd never done anything like it before so I was open minded about it. When the display started, that was when I realized that it was bullshit. And she was a well regarded "hypnotist" here in my state.

Rockstar is one of the biggest publishers of games from what i can see. And they have put out some of the biggest franchise's in the world of gaming. Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne, LA Noire and Bully just to name some. The GTA and RDR franchise's have been wildly popular and massively successful. Personally I think they're one of the best publishers, as they seem to take the time to work on their games that is needed. They don't seem to work under crunch time. Correct me if I'm wrong. But remember, the scripters and game testers are human and won't catch every little thing, so all their games will have glitches. It's to be expected from all games from all publishers at this point. If I'm wrong on anything in here, or missed something, then please correct me. But remember that about half of this is opinion, and the other half is fact. At least I think its about a 50/50 split. May be more of a 60/40, 70/30, or worse split, but I don't know. But to sum up, in my opinion Rockstar is one of, if not the best publishers in gaming.

They also share another feature. You can watch both Hulu and YouTube on both of them. Switch used to offer Netflix as well, but not anymore.

I think it all comes down to preference. you can choose to keep up with technology and current style and fads, or you can stick to the things you know and have loved for decades. It's why I'm a classic gamer. RDR2 is pretty much the only exception to that. I have a ton of modern/current gen games, but I don't play them anywhere near the amount of time I play my NES and SNES.

I don't have to imagine it unfortunately. I'm already in one. So, while it wouldn't be the same as the firsthand experience, I would be able to see things like Maccu Piccu, the Moai of Easter Island, Uluru, the Great Wall, and also natural wonders. The Amazon, an African safari, Bear Tower, and the Northern Lights(which is number one on my bucket list) just to name a few.

The Chinese virus? You better be talking about something other than what I think you're talking about.

Why am I not surprised? The thought hadn't occurred to me that they may be spreading their disease through online games. Why it hadn't, I don't know. It should have been obvious.

With the exception of PS5 and PS Vita, yes I own them all.

Lucid dreaming is in the same boat as hypnosis for me: pure bullshit. I was brought up on stage by a "hypnotist" for a demonstration. People asked why I was the only one not responding to her. She told scrambled and said that sometimes that happens. I told the crowd that I wasn't hypnotized. That's when everyone could tell that the rest weren't either and started leaving her little "show".

Then there's those of us who would choose staying behind. I would most likely prefer my NES even then while everyone else is wearing their headsets.

Interesting. If VR can help those of us with mobility issues, I'm going to be giving it much more serious thought.

I hated the Game Cube. Mainly it was the controller design. I hated that damn thing. The only thing it had going for it in my opinion was Soul Calibur II. That was an awesome game in and of itself, but with the added bonus of Link as a playable fighter? Well, as those from Brooklyn would say: FUHGEDDABOUDIT!

It may be some kind of compatibility issue. A quick analogy would be like trying to play an Xbox game on a PlayStation. Not gonna work without something in the middle to make them compatible. Also it may be like internet where you have to pay a fee to have the service. Most likely though, it's just plain old greed. Someone more educated on this whole thing could probably offer better answers than anything I gave.

I remember Aerith's death. Saddening? Not really. Surprising? Yes. I also never expected John to be gunned down by 20 armed men in front of his own barn. It never confirms anything, but I think Abigail died of a broken heart. And as I've already pointed out, Arthur's death broke my heart.
