Ave I know of no good MMORPG's as I'm not an online gamer, but I do know FFXIV is really popular. You could try RDR2 online. I think Skyrim has an online feature, but I'm not 100% on that. Then there's always WoW, although I think it's mostly died off now.

Their thinking is probably that if they come up with confusing names, then people will buy the wrong system, and then when they go for the one they actually wanted the screw up was entirely on the consumer, and thus making Microsoft more money. Someone goes in to buy their kid an Xbox Series X and they accidentally get an Xbox One X. Then they have to buy another system to get the right one. Many places won't allow returns for you just buying the wrong thing. That's on you in their opinion.

If it's not an official PS5 and not a Sony product, they could be in some deep shit for copyright infringement. It's almost an exact replica, AND I think I'm seeing the PS logo at the bottom of the system. Now, if it has been presented to Sony, and they're releasing pictures to gauge gamers opinions, that's another thing entirely.

TMNT. The first one was good. I loved it. The second one was fine since it was a different take. But after that, they have all followed the exact same damn format. Unless there's one that I missed. Fighting games. 1 or 2 sequels is understandable. But 5 million is going too god damn far. MK needs to fuck off. KI did. SF did after waiting too god damn long. Spinoffs can be interesting. MKM: Sub-Zero for example. It's a bullshit bitch of a game, but still interesting. But running a series into the damn ground ruins the originals for gods sake. Hasn't anyone ever heard the phrases "quit while you're ahead" or "go out on top"?

Ultima Weapon or Omega Weapon? They're the same basic boss (graphically speaking) but found in different locations. Omega Weapon is in Ultimecia's castle, and Ultima Weapon is in the Deep Sea Research Center. Both are pussies if you have the right magic and abilities junctioned.

I'm with you. It would be a neat collectable. I was actually thinking of trying to collect all the flashback systems, but there are so many that I never could have gotten my hands on them all, because a lot of them are region locked. So I said screw it.

For retro games, finding them online is almost the only option. Whether it's eBay, CL, Amazon, or some other secondhand reseller site is irrelevant. There's a Vintage Stock in the mall here, and they sell some retro games all the way back to Atari 2600. I've bought a lot of games from them. There's another place here, but their selection is microscopic, and their prices are a slap in the face. For example for a PS2 they want almost $300. I can get a PS5 for just a little more than that. And that PS2 comes with one controller, no memory card, no games, and just the hookups. I've found countless PS2's on CL for $50. And they all worked perfectly, had multiple memory cards, multiple controllers, and more than a dozen games. FOR $50. Fuck you Slackers.

There are tons of educational games on Nintendo. Mario's Time Machine is a good one. This Wikipedia list can show you a few more, and possibly point you in a direction to find more educational games aside from just Mario games.

There are still PS3 games at Walmart. You may have to really look to find them, but they are there. As you said, they're mostly sports titles, but there are new ones coming in.

I hate it when this happens, but I have to agree with you. There are people who will never give up the systems they played as a child, and emulators aren't accepted. I'm one of them. It's the real thing or nothing with me. I would rather spend 2 hours fucking with my NES trying to get a game to run and have only 5 minutes of play before it glitches and refuses to run at all that day, than use an emulator and have zero issues. But there is hope. There are tons of retro clothing stores. Clothing styles of yesteryear are becoming popular again. I remember how we all dressed in the 80's. for little kids, if your shirt didn't have anything on the back, wearing it was social suicide. Unless you were EXTREMELY popular. Of which I was not. So when I see someone with an 80's style hairdo, clothes, and carrying a keytar, I always tell them "Rock On Dude!" and they usually know that I'm a child of the 80's as well. The best thing about that decade was that even us losers were cool. *sigh* I miss it.

Acting like a 2 year old when you don't get your way doesn't exactly help your case either. They were lucky to get ports of FF7, FF8, and FFX/X2 on Switch. I don't think any others have been ported to Switch, but I could be wrong on that. There may be others coming in the future, but as of this moment, I'm unaware of any.

I'm a Nintendo girl, and always will be, but they're pretty stingy about their games. From what I understand, they had a fit when FF7 was released on PlayStation. Since all the previous Final Fantasy games were on Nintendo systems, they thought that all Final Fantasy games would be Nintendo games. Not quite guys.

Simply put: The people at Microsoft are fucking stupid. It's an American company. What the hell else would you expect?

They will call it the Xbox Please Come Back Gamers We Promise To Use Logical Names Next TIme. Or simply the Xbox PCBGWPTULNNT. It's nick name will be the Xbox Flop or for short, the Xflop. Possibly even the Xbox 12, since that's how many words there are. And since Xbox doesn't care about any logic in naming their systems, I wouldn't put it past them. Hey at least it would be unique enough to be unmistakable.

Apparently I'm missing something. If they say it's PS2 themed, then good for them, but I just don't see it.

Considering the age of the Wii, I highly doubt that they have it since the Wii isn't even on the Nintendo website. The furthest they go back is WiiU and a few DS variants. It's too old of a system.
