  1. I'm looking to compile as many stories of encounters with La Llorona as I can. Actual encounters with her. Not movies or TV shows. So, I'm asking has anyone here seen or heard her? Do you know someone who has? If so get in touch with me.
  2. When I was a kid I was a country fan. Early Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, Colin Raye, Alabama, Lone Star, etc. Now I can't stand it. Too many bad memories from that time, and also it just grinds my nerves. I'm a metal and rap fan now.
  3. If it's not good ol' black coffee, and I have to go with something fancy then it's a Mocha with Irish Cream and Cinnamon.
  4. I'm constantly getting this manscaping thing popping up on the screen that blocks everything off. I have to search for the X to close it, and then I'm able to use the site. It's starting drag down my experience.
  5. Am I the only one that's a fan of this game? I have logged so many hours playing that it's absolutely crazy. I can build up one hell of an empire and just slaughter my opponents. My favorite is AOE2. AOE1 was great but a bit lacking. And try as I might, I just couldn't get into AOE3. So are there any other fans?
  6. Diet Faygo if available. But here where I live it's almost impossible to find, so I go with diet Pepsi. The only store I know of off the top of my head that sold it stopped and started selling something that tastes like goblin piss. I was going to order some off the website, but for $30 worth of soda the shipping was $65. I'm not kidding. I saw that and said HELL NO.
  7. The Groove Tube was an abomination. The only time there would be a reason to watch it is when you've dropped about 6 tabs.
  8. Another couple games that were a blast to play were Operation Weather Disaster and Skytrip USA. They were educational, but more than fun. Both were PC games.
  9. 34 hours. I made a $200 bet that I couldn't play and replay Zelda: Link To The past for more than a full day (24 hours). Obviously I won the bet. Due to playing the game over and over for so long I didn't touch it for more than a year after. Total burn out.
  10. LOL, I actually live in Columbia. Not the video game Columbia, but that's the name of the town I live in. And you're right. You wouldn't want to live here. For me it would be the world of Final Fantasy 8. The mixture of fantasy and science draws me in.
  11. I like this place because it's open to everything video game related. Also another selling point for me, is that it's a fairly small community. There's not 100,000 people going nuts here, so the conversations carry more weight and stay more interesting. The site is pretty lenient towards letting people be people (for example, language use), so it's a relaxing place to talk.
  12. I've gotten the same warning a few times. Both on my computer and on my phone.
  13. Everyone has their preferred platform. Easy enough. But is there one that you absolutely cant stand? For me it's Xbox. I absolutely hate the system. Remember this is all opinion. The controllers suck, trying to control a character on the systems is impossible, and the system itself is just junk. Overpriced, and under developed. Thanks a lot Bill Gates. Granted I'm not a fan of anything Apple, even though I use an iPhone, but I still hate Xbox.
  14. Missouri is the only place on the planet where you can and will use both your heat and AC in the same day. It's nuts here.
  15. I don't think PewDiePie would have had any involvement whatsoever with something like this. His past actions, while exceptionally stupid, don't make him part of some kind of anti-muslim killing crew. The shooter just shouted out something he either had no idea what it meant, or that he had a personal thing against PewDiePie and wanted to cause problems for him.
  16. The game is simple. Each person makes 3 statements about themselves. Two are true, one is a lie. The next person has to guess which one is the lie. Just don't make it obvious. Don't list your two favorite games then say you've been to the moon. I'll start. 1) I used to be a bull rider. 2) I'm afraid of goats. 3) When I was younger I could put both feet behind my head at the same time.
  17. My body can't take hot temperatures. If it gets much above 65, that's enough heat to make me pass out. Autumn is my favorite season, but I typically do best in winter. During summer I have to have the AC on full blast, and typically can't leave my house very often. Even during the winter I have the AC on a lot. And no, you smart asses, I'm not a penguin.
  18. I don't have a specific title to give, but anything to do with astronomy or the paranormal, with the exception of those goofy ass ghost hunter shows. The only one of those I ever enjoyed was Haunted Collector.
  19. Postal 2 is a good one. Next to impossible to find, but if you can it's worth the money. I don't know if it counts, but Hexen is another one. If you're not familiar with it, think Doom turned medieval. On the N64, it's a blast.
  20. Mario Is Missing was always my favorite educational game. When I played it on SNES, I didn't even know it was an educational game. I just thought it was fun as hell.
  21. Gaming helps with a variety of mental and emotional disorders. It keeps your focus and can often be really therapeutic. For those of us with things like schizophrenia, anxiety, ADHD, and depression it helps a lot.
  22. I personally don't hate them. I don't have a reason to hate them. As for the rest of your question, it's already answered.
  23. NES, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis, Gameboy SP, just a tiny handful of games on PS1 and PS3. But the best system ever developed is still the NES.

    PSP

Does anyone else still own one of these? I actually have 3 somewhere around my house. I ended up with 3 because I kept losing the damn things. One it the white Assassin's Creed edition. I lost the game long ago, but still have the machine. The only reason I ever got them was to watch movies on it. I played a little God Of War on there but it was movies that got me to it. Actually the PSP was what made me a God Of War fan. I know it's ancient forgotten technology, but I'm just curious if anyone even still has one. Do you use it? I don't have a charge cord anymore so I haven't used mine in probably 8 or 9 years.
  25. That's some psycho shit. Every disc console should support music CD's. They're so simple to play that it's ridiculous to not do it. The only disc console that shouldn't be able to play a CD is the monstrosity known as the Game Cube. Nintendo thought people couldn't copy mini disc's, but were very wrong. Dumbasses. As for people with physical disc's I have over $1500 worth of CD's, and still use them. I play them in my car all the time. I can't stand radio, especially since everything on there is just regurgitated dog vomit. I burn mixes a lot, but I still buy physical CD's too. The most recent one I bought was Disturbed's new album. And I'll keep buying CD's. The same goes for DVD's. Streaming services are great, but all too often they don't have the movies I want to see.
