  1. Do you think one offers a better experience or more immersion than the other? Traditional sports have a long-standing fan base and in-person events, while Esports brings interactive streams, global reach, and unique ways for fans to connect online. How do these aspects impact viewer engagement?
  2. Good question. I’d say my average is about a week, but it really depends on the genre. Battle royal and live-service games tend to sit in my library a lot longer, while action, story-driven games, RPGs and strategy are usually started within a few days at most.
  3. Not at all. Yes, I like to be competitive in games but the primary objective of games is to have fun and I always try to do that.
  4. I’d say the Doom Slayer from DOOM. He’s literally a one-man army, constantly fighting demons with no one to relate to and nothing to keep him company except his weapons and rage. It’s a pretty isolated existence.
  5. Absolutely, winning or just getting better at something really builds confidence. I think it’s a feedback loop – as we improve and see those results, it reinforces that we’re capable. With games like PES, it’s cool to see the skills and strategies you pick up over time, which keeps pushing your confidence higher.
  6. I totally relate to what you're saying. Games often have clearer goals and rewards than real life, and it's easier to feel in control. For example, in games, I can manage resources without real-life stakes or unpredictable stressors. I think a lot of people find it comforting to succeed in games when real-life responsibilities feel so heavy.
  7. Not only that but failing to monitor and actively be apart of their kid's life as well created this situation. A lot of parents in modern times aren't really prepared to put in the work when it comes to raising their kids and then try to blame everyone and thing else instead of taking accountability when everything goes wrong.
  8. Yeah, I'm not really surprised. Capcom has a strong catalog of games out so a dip in one quarter is more of an anomaly for them.
  9. Well, we need this to happen more so companies like Sony will stop trying to put out half-assed live-service cash grabs in the future like Concord.
  10. I agree. I want to see this crash and burn so badly. I've already got the popcorn out - I think this might beat Concord's record of crashing and burning within a month of release.
  11. Trying to benefit off of free work again from the community? What a bunch of low lives! Everything about this company is scummy/shady.

  13. Resident Evil Damnation - 9/10
  14. Was playing some Fire Emblem Engage on the Switch and having a blast. Alear is so busted in this game!
  15. For me, it's Michael Jackson and the song that usually captures my vibe is "Rock With You".
  16. I’m curious about everyone’s take on subscription gaming services like Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation Plus, and others. Do you find them worth it for the access to a vast library of games, or do you prefer to buy games outright? Are there any hidden downsides you’ve experienced, like service availability or game rotation issues?
  17. Is it the storytelling, character development, innovative mechanics, or something else entirely? Do you think nostalgia plays a role, or can newer games achieve that timeless quality? Share your favorite timeless games and what you believe keeps them relevant and enjoyable, even years after their release.
  18. I’ve been thinking about all the amazing games that either never got a sequel or ended on a cliffhanger. For me, it’s Okami - the world is so rich and full of quirky characters that I can’t help but want more. What about you? Is there a game you loved that left you craving a follow-up? Whether it’s an old classic or a recent gem, share your picks and let’s dream about the sequels we wish we could play.
  19. As gamers, we often find ourselves craving new experiences. Is there a specific genre that you feel is underrepresented in the gaming world? Whether it’s a revival of classic genres like point-and-click adventures, a niche like tactical RPGs, or something completely new, let’s discuss what you’d like to see more of.
