  1. I do enjoy both as well but when my team is losing, I'd much rather be on the pitch to try and make a difference.
  2. I forgot to add Barcelona and Liverpool.
  3. Perfectly understandable - I have a security system where I live as well and it's a slight additional cost but it's totally worth it.
  4. I'm definitely telling my friend but first I'd record some evidence using my phone so that the accused cannot lie about it or try to manipulate my friend. As a matter of fact, I've done this before but my former friend chose to believe his cheating gf than me and stopped talking to me but then caught her himself a few months later and then tried to apologize to me but I wasn't interested in hearing it.
  5. I think this is a proper response to that line... That sounds like something Jeffery Epstein or Jared Fogle would say. But then again, J.K. Rowling always been known to say some pretty controversial stuff.
  6. Trust me, it gets worse lol. The pets are evolving...
  7. Also, me when I'm bored...
  8. Muttley agrees this is funny
  9. Andy Capp is probably my favorite of all time and it's the hilarious interactions between him and his wife that really make it so entertaining. I also love The Phantom as well just because of the backstory of the protagonist and how well written the series is.
  10. I have an acquaintance that hit his head on concrete and actually died from it. I'm all for taking risks but not stupid stuff like that...The worst part is hearing them complain about the hospital expenses to treat their injuries like what did you expect?
  11. I'm happy you got one - It seems I'll never manage to catch this mythical unicorn called a PS5 for a great price.
  12. What kind of injury was it? An ACL/Knee Injury because those are the serious ones.
  13. I would've included the World Cup but it's a once every 4 years kind of thing and the Olympics would be the same.
  14. Real Madrid is just a different animal especially in the UCL - you can never quite count them out. It's the reason why they've won it 14 times and are the true kings of European football.
  15. Fair enough - our matches tend to be very physical with everybody lunging into slide tackles. We've already had two or three people with serious ankle injuries from those weekend kick abouts.
  16. I didn't mind him leaving Barca even though it was weird because I understood the financial ramnifications but joining PSG is what really annoyed me. PSG will not win the UCL even if they're the only ones in it and they're in a league that has no real competition and that's why they win it every season.
  17. If I remember correctly, KDB had a knock or some kind of injury so he was forced to take him off so you can excuse that. The part I never got was putting on Fernandinho whose legs are gone against a very pacy Real Madrid attack.
  18. My list is as follows: EPL La Liga Bundesliga Serie A Ligue 1
  19. The transfer news has been slow lately outside of Chelsea continuously embarassing themselves in the transfer market by going after players who have no interest in playing for them and trying to hijack every deal with no success.
  20. Most of the newer ones are pretty stupid like slapfighting championship and X-arm Championship which are entertaining to watch but are so unoriginal/dangerous in the long term.
  21. As an update, he and Jorge Mendes (his agent) and Alex Ferguson have are all at Man United this morning to have some talks about this. Jorge Mendes and Ronaldo are still pushing for a transfer and the latest team mentioned is Atletico Madrid which their fans don't want him either so let's see how this goes.
  22. That being said, unless it's PSG or Newcastle, I doubt we'll see another transfer like that for the next 10 years because that's the transfer budget of most top clubs like Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Man United etc and not even Man United is that stupid to spend so much on a player...you know what, let me not vouch for those lot because they've done some pretty stupid ones like 80m for Harry Maguire.
  23. I was more referring to the South American region where you only have 4 teams you can consider a huge enough threat to take on France, Germany, Portugal and Belgium along with the other European Juggernauts. Then again, there could be some surprises on the cards. Difficult to say, it depends on which group they are in. Senegal are an amazing team with players like Sadio Mane, Mendy and Koulibaly but if they end up in a group with teams like say a France and Brazil or something like that, I think they'll struggle.
  24. It's going to be strange seeing the World Cup in November - I'm used to celebrating in the summer heat but this year, I'll have to tucked away in a blanket lol. On another note, I want to see an El Classico in the the UCL - It's been so many years since it's happened. The El Classico the other day was entertaining and that was just a preseason game.
  25. I love Liverpool but Darwin Nunez just seems a bit too raw compared to the others here. I mean, he and Luiz Diaz are around the same age and yet Diaz is levels above him in terms of technical ability, decision making among other things. The thing that has me puzzled, there's a guy called Emmanuel Dennis that plays for Watford that reminds me so much of Sadio Mane and has similar traits to him in terms of technical ability, pace, trickery, movement on and off the ball and decision making and he'd only set Liverpool back 25m. Why didn't they go for him instead? Darwin has excellent traits in terms of his physicality, aerial duel prowess and he does have a bit of the striker's instinct but his rawness makes him not a player at Liverpool's level currently.
