What quests do you do every time you play Skyrim?

Are there quests you do every time you play Skyrim? Some of mine include the Forsworn Conspiracy, the Blessings of Nature, Rise in the East, A Night to Remember, Missing in Action, and all prerequisite quests to get Mjoll as a companion.

I go through the first few then ditch all of that and go my own way. Every time.

I'm not really sure - I'm usually too busy inflicting pain and doom on the residents of Skyrim to do missions at times. Seriously, after 10 years, terrorizing them never gets old.

Just the starting quest, everything else is up to how I feel on that playthrough, sometimes I don't even do quests and just steal everything or kill some people.

For early quests, I'd say go to Markath and do the House of Horrors quest and get Molag Bal's mace. I used that thing up until I could make Dragonbone swords. Also, do the Greybeard's mission early on. I played till level 20 without getting the Fus Ro Dah shout.

Molag Bal's quest is a good shout for an early quest as that is an awesome weapon, especially before you have enchanting and smiting levelled up,
