What dismantled developers do you wish would be back in business?

  1. THQ
  2. Midway

These two are off the top of my head. I'd have some more thinking to do to come up with something.

Did this two video game developers on an exile from creating video games?

THQ and Midway are not both dismantled  meaning they no longer exist or are no longer around.

DSI - Distinctive Software inc.  They were making great racing games back in the early nineties. Their last game was the original Need For Speed, already under the name EA Canada.

Eden Games - Makers of Need For Speed Porsche Unleashed and Test Drive Unlimited (The new TD Solar Crown, is being made by a new untested dev unfortunately)

Westwood - creators and kings of the RTS genre.

Novalogic - I was a fan of their sim games, and voxel technology seemed like the thing, until 3d accelerators made them obsolete

Digital Illusions - The original independent company, not the one churning out battlefield and battlefront games on an assembly line for ea today.

Many video game devs are simply dismantled due to how poor they've chosen to operate recently. Some are dismantled but are still around but their games are fading off, example; Konami's eFootball, formerly known as PES. EA FIFA are fading off too.

Meaning they are dismantled and not in the pacesetters of active video game devs since they aren't in existence again.

My first choice is going to be having Radical Entertainment (1991-2012) get back in business. The company made some notable games like Prototype, The Simpsons Hit and Run, The Incredible Hulk : Ultimate Destruction etc.
