Sure, and I wouldn't like missing out from the directions shown by the quest on the video game I'm playing. Cos, I don't want to be playing without direction or claw.

They'll continue hitting around the bush, because they've failed to take the right direction in their game.

Heatman Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 A pro will always be a pro and they can get really braggy when it comes to what they can be able to do in the games that they play.
Darth Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 It definitely can be annoying especially if they are visible when you are exploring the world itself. All the quest markers just on your screen can be extremely annoying. The games that offer to hide the markers or the ones that only have the markers on the map are the best.
Head_Hunter Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 I understand how it can cover your view, but if you're the type whose experience with the game isn't much, taking the quest maker as roadmap gonna aid your mission by offering you directions to complete each mission.
Heatman Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 Some gamers know how to read the game's map 🗺 very well and they know their game's very well. They push up and go hard.

Kane99 Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 I don't mind quest markers. I know some games even allow you to turn these features off, so that if you're someone who doesn't like a hud/lifebar on your screen. I know RDR2 had something like this, where you can turn everything off. You'd have to use signs and such to navigate.
Boblee Posted March 11, 2022 Posted March 11, 2022 Yeah, some video games did offers the opportunity to have them turned off like you mentioned in Red Dead Redemption 2. I use it once in a while.
Kane99 Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 I'm thinking of replaying rdr2 in that way. I want to see how challenging it can be when I actually have to figure out the direction.

You will only tend to appreciate the game more when you replay it because your first play is always filled with pressure.

What didn't you like in the game initially?
Head_Hunter Posted March 15, 2022 Posted March 15, 2022 It takes a long time to return to video game I've already completed. I never did that before and also, I never completed much of the video games recently.
