Did you ever buy one of those gamer chairs with the speakers?

Did you ever buy one of those gaming chairs that had the speakers built in? I think they were called like the gaming rocker or something, but I forget. It's not the ones that are like computer chairs, they were just seats you could sit on that didn't have wheels. Just a bottom you can rock back and forth on if you want. I remember they were very popular back in the 2000s or so. But now days I just see them in thrift stores and on online marketplaces for cheap.

It looks something like this:

I had a couple. They're literally so narrow they sit in between the bones of your ass. The only explanation I can come up with for them being so damn narrow, is that they have to be designed for children under 10, and not adults. If they were designed for adults, they would be at least 1' wider.

Not a good design if you have back problem the way it has shaped for your back is so wrong. Must be designed for those without back problem I assume.

They are extremely uncomfortable, narrowness aside. They want to lean back almost to the point where you're laying down. If the TV was hanging from the ceiling, then I would see no problem on that part. They're more of a novelty than anything in my eyes. Just a fad that came and went quick.

Yes in that context I guess they could be designed for truck drivers or the space shuttle drivers etc. Because that cushion in that back side is not at all comfortable.

I didn't know they existed until I saw this thread, lol. They could be useful but I can't see myself ever buying one. Just not my style of using speakers, I just use headphones haha.

As far as I'm concerned, there is nothing interesting about this kind of chair 💺. The design shape looks horrible from my perspective. I'd never buy unless it's given out for free.
