The sheer fact that this game had passed away due to lack of monetizing itself makes me want to bring back this game because it was for pure enjoyment with minimal pay to play aspects. it's mostly the monetization that was the problem that led to the collaboration with that other company but as we've all seen, after they left, vainglory fell into financial problems and had to abandon it to start working on that other game project somethin

As the OP I feel I need to step in.  The same points are getting repeated and were starting to drift a little off topic.

That's alright. You can always play any game at any time whenever you're ready to get it. It's why I love games. It's not a must to play it immediately it's out.

The kind of puzzles in the game The Room: Old Sins is something that attracted me to it. I wasn't a fan of puzzle games in the past but this game made me enjoy puzzle games. 

If you enjoy playing with only bots in the game, then you are welcome to try and have fun. 

I had that problem when I was still a teenager. I had a serious difficulty with accepting that I failed because I was obsessed with winning.

Wrong, they can work without them. If these game couldn't work without the adds, why would it possible to spend money to stop the adds coming up, which is exactly what these adds are deigned to harass you into doing?

I have back problems from years of work in construction, and I got one of these to make gaming on my couch more comfortable. I can confirm that it is an absolute game-changer. I can play for hours with no problems.

just had the duel of my life, my opponent was better than me, he had better cards than me, and I just survived 30 minutes with less than 200 life points and I WON the fucking duel all because of this single card.
 

Actually it has nothing to do with marketing, its for several reasons and it depends on each game. It can be due to the servers, for a game to work in that specific region you will need servers in that region as well, and of course that also comes with legal, licensing, transalation, content regulations,  publishing issues etc that affect the release on a specific country thats why not all games release to all countries at the same time. There is a bunch of issues that will affect a game to not be released on a specific country but I dont think marketing is one of them, if it was it will be a very stupid reason

I'd disagree. The skins are more manipulative and more diabolically clever than you might think, especially on game aimed a younger audiences like Fortnite is. It's all about a kind of unspoken class structure. If you're a teenager playing session on Fortnite in lobby full of your School mates donning standard skins, bulling and kind of peer pressure that could put real pressure on vulnerable people to spend money.  I remember when I was in high school that kids got made fun of when they wore cheap brands of clothing or shoes, this the same sort of thing in more modern guise. If a lot of ways, the cosmetic microtransactions may be even worse than pay-to-win. I'd say they are even predatory and manipulative, especially in a game aimed at a younger audience.

They already have so much to choose from. Do you have any idea how many skins are available on Fortnite? 
It's approximately 1290 as of March this year 2022 and they are still adding more. 

You're very correct about the audience age range of Fortnite. I think I made one comment about sex or something in one of their communities and it was reported for being too corrupt or something..😂
