  1. I do love the classics, for sure. Off the top of my head, some of my favourite classic games are Fantasy World Dizzy, Super Mario Bros 1-3, Super Mario World, Golden Axe, Silent Hill and Resident Evil. I’m still VERY tempted to buy a mini NES for old time’s sake. I still need to play Blaster Master, though.
  2. It’s legit. I’ve bought from base here in the UK before and they delivered the game within 48 hours. I had a good service from them, personally.
  3. Interesting rumours, huh? https://m.windowscentral.com/xbox-one-s-all-digital-edition-preorder?utm_source=wc_tw
  4. The cheapest price I’ve seen for this open-world shooter. https://www.base.com/buy/product/just-cause-4-ps4/dgc-justcs4ps4.htm?1=1&awc=2694_1551810146_d8763c33b11b0bf0ae761fde3751d57b
  5. Close one between Apex Legends and Blackout, personally.
  6. I’d be somewhat surprised if Anthem was the death knell for Bioware as a studio. Personally, I think that Anthem is more of a “swing and a miss” rather than the whole team being “struck out”. That said, Bioshock’s Irrational Games went under quickly after Bioshock Infinite (which is a great game), so there is precedent to suggest otherwise. I don’t think Irrational and Bioware are the same analogues, though. Long story short, I think Bioware will make another game and even if they are sadly dissolved, the devs will move onto other teams in the industry, I guess.
  7. Loved these games when I was younger. Stil great now. https://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/command-and-conquer-the-ultimate-edition-pc?mw_aref=74dth566
  8. Probably something narrative-focused and life-affirming like Silent Hill 2 or The Last Of Us. Re-experiencing those as if it were the first time would be extra special. Maybe I can bring some tissues with me this time. 😛
  9. Use this code to get the reduced price: WINTERMADNESS https://www.voidu.com/en/bayonetta?voider=daisycon&utm_source=daisycon&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=daisycon_222476
  10. Making sure to backup your teammates, listen to your teammates, revive them and actually try and achieve the objectives of the game.
  11. Not to sound like a broken record, but I've been playing Metro: Exodus and I'm really enjoying it!
  12. Cheapest I've seen yet on PC. Amazing game! https://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/resident-evil-2-biohazard-re2-pc-cd-key?mw_aref=74dth566
  13. Terrific deal! https://www.cdkeys.com/xbox-live/games/gears-of-war-4-xbox-one-digital-code?mw_aref=74dth566
  14. Good question. It’s weird as I tend to remember what the controls are for most games, but I sometimes forget when someone asks me and puts me on the spot, lol. My muscle memory kicks in for games I’ve played a ton - Skyrim, Fallout, Dark Souls, Black Ops and especially for platformers like Rogue Legacy, Megaman etc.
  15. I’ve got a flat TV screen and I’m happy with it. From the little experience I have had of watching stuff on curved screens, I’d say it’s just a gimmick tbh. For example, if you had a curved screen and a lot of people over to watch something, some would have to be sat in a place where their viewing angle will be inferior to the others. Sure, for one person in the right position, it’d be great. But, personally, I’m happy to stick with a flat screen.
  16. Cheaper than an empty cardboard box! (Bad Metal Gear reference!) https://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/metal-gear-solid-v-5-ground-zeroes-pc-cd-key?mw_aref=74dth566
  17. Solid price! https://www.go2games.com/south-park-the-fractured-but-whole-xbox-one?utm_source=RakutenMarketing&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=3001042:digidip&utm_content=10&utm_term=UKNetwork&ranMID=42957&ranEAID=hL3Qp0zRBOc&ranSiteID=hL3Qp0zRBOc-FfrmbHIBS4O07BNbj6pbuw
  18. Metro Exodus thanks to the kind folks at VGR👍
  19. A few friends and I used to have HeroQuest weekends. It's basically a simplified version of Dungeons And Dragons. We'd go on a campaign that would span the whole weekend. Great times!
  20. Great price here. https://www.very.co.uk/nintendo-switch-fire-emblem-warriors-switch/1600228347.prd?utm_campaign=content&awc=3090_1551530770_1223f1c920c93c9c634e662817d1e21d&aff=awin&affsrc=47868&cm_mmc=awin-_-47868-_-Communities+%26+UGC-_-0_0&utm_source=awin&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_term=HotUKDeals_47868&utm_content=na

  23. Good deal here. https://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/resident-evil-7-biohazard-pc-steam-cd-key?mw_aref=74dth566
  24. Though I've not had an opportunity to play Anthem yet, I do agree with you. Both games are indeed online-centric games from acclaimed single player-focused teams. It's interesting because I think that making an online game is VERY different to making a single player game and I think that both Fallout 76 and Anthem will unfortunately suffer polish-wise as a result. The good thing is that games like these can be updated over time. I seriously love Fallout 76. It's flawed but easily one of the highlights of last year for me from an adventure/RPG standpoint. I know I'm in the minority with that feeling, but I'm a sucker for Bethesda's RPGs. I think some gamers have been waiting like a monkey on their back to do something wrong and an online Fallout game was the time to strike. On the other hand, Bethesda haven't done much in placating them as they've made a shit ton of mistakes, too.
