I'm excited to see what they show off this year. I'm hoping to see more from the upcoming Silent Hill 2 Remake, or something new entirely. I'd like to see more of what Kojima is working on personally. It would also be cool to hear something about a new Metal Gear Solid title.

Part of me wishes I kept all my old magazines. I had 3 subscriptions growing up. I had Next Generation Magazine, Playstation Magazine and Dreamcast Magazine, the latter two giving out demo discs often with their magazine issues. I really enjoyed those days and I wish I kept all of my magazine issues. Now it's hard to find physical magazines, especially ones from back in the day.

I've heard some tablets make for great emulation devices and mobile-gaming devices, but to have it as your primary gaming platform? I don't know if I could ever commit to that myself.

This is pretty much how I feel. I feel like CoD as a whole has lost it's identity now. When people say "Oh i play CoD." They automatically assume Warzone, which should have never been the case. I feel BR's are a really annoying fad that's overstayed it's welcome in gaming, but that's just me.

I've played a NES growing up, but the first one I owned was a SNES. When I was a kid getting into gaming we had both a Sega Genesis & SNES. I leaned more towards Sega & the Genesis/MegaDrive though, but I still enjoyed classics like Super Mario World, Super Punchout & Chrono Trigger on the SNES.

Do you feel like most Nintendo IP's cater to kids? Are you one of the types of gamers who prefers more serious and adult-oriented experiences in games seldom found on Nintendo consoles? I don't mind games like Mario or Sonic, but I just find them to get too repetitive and I believe that's the main reason I don't own a Switch even in 2022 when it's been out for 5+ years now. Do you feel Nintendo is just a bit TOO kid friendly and doesn't cater to adult gamers enough?

Have you ever played Xenogears? Or it's sequels within the Xenosaga franchise? I love Xenogears on the PS1. I managed to pick up a copy years ago for a decent price and it's one of my prized PS1 titles now. I enjoyed the first Xenosaga game as well and got halfway through part 2. I did own all of them at a time, however.

Very cool! I love Donkey Kong Country on the SNES. One of my favorite games growing up.

Anyone play it yet? It's from the original developers of Dead Space. It looks super scary with very creepy atmospheres. My brother picked it up yesterday. He says it's good. I've been reading reviews on it and honestly, I'm probably gonna wait. Dips in framerates seem to be a big issue right now, worse on PC than console though. It does look like a very solid game and I would definitely consider picking it up after a price drop, most likely for my PS5.

I think it had a very poor & rocky launch. They launched it when it clearly wasn't ready to be launched. I don't know if i'd call any Halo game a 'failure', but it certainly hurt the game having such a rocky launch when the game should've been kept in the oven a few more months at best.

This was a cool video and a great idea. I would love to see one done for other companies, such as Microsoft's XBox, or even better would be Sega, including their very first console the SG-1000 with a brief history of each console, an overview of each controller, some games w/ gameplay footage. I think that'd be so cool.

Yeah, people even have devices for wifi for the Dreamcast now, which is how I connect my DC, but it's near the router, well, not too far from it and my connection's always been kinda solid, but the device mimicks a 56K connection anyway so having it wired or wifi doesn't make much of a difference anyways 😛 but yeah something like a DreamPi, but for OG Xbox, would be awesome.

Am I the only one who misses the Xbox Backwards Compatibility program? I really wanted them to put more games out on the service and I really think they missed some great titles such as Tenchu Z that should've definitely been on the service. It's a shame they had to close it, because even for Series S owners it was a great way to relive some classics. What do you think?

Honestly, I think Advanced Warfare was worse lol. I actually really liked Ghosts. They did a lot of stuff that was fantastic that was never seen in any other CoD again, such as their perk system using "squad points'. It's a real shame they never did more w/ the Ghosts IP.

This is pretty much how I feel. I also played a ton of CoD back in the day, still play it and buy it every year, although it's not as good as it used to be, if I was being paid good money I would definitely do it for sure. 🙂

Call of Duty Ghosts, the ending........major sequel baiting......if you know, you know......and we never received a sequel. Absolutely criminal.

I definitely appreciate my fans on my Alienware M17, especially if i'm doing something that's GPU taxing, such as streaming or watching videos or gaming. Just shows it's working, doing it's job and keeping the laptop as cool as it possibly can. Do I wish my laptop ran cooler at times? Sure, but it's still working fine and kicking, with minimal hiccups here and there, that fall on Windows, not the laptop itself.

I ran my One X on a 4K UHD tv. It looked good. The Series X is definitely better, but the One X still looked and performed decently using a 4K tv or monitor.

Yeah, it would be awesome. Unfortunately no "Wifi" compatibilities on the OG Xbox, so you're stuck to being hardwired, if I was ever to try this, I'd need an OG xbox, the games, and to be able to connect it to my router directly. 😛 It is a great idea though!

I have both, and i always download the free games from both, but as a service/most bang for your buck, I think Xbox Live is still leaps ahead of PS Plus. That's just me, though. I have the PS Plus Premium subscription for the 'classics', but they haven't released many 'classics' yet to justify the purchase.

Both me and my brother own PS5's, we were both lucky to get the disc version of the console. I feel like the digital version prevents you from being able to buy used titles or borrow games from friends, and for only $100 less, it just didn't seem worth it IMO.

Yeah. It would be great to see, but sadly, I don't think Sony is interested in trying a new portable at this time. I would be very surprised if they put one out anytime soon. 😞
