  1. Seeing how there were a ton of Squid Game mini games made on Roblox that were super popular, I can see a fully fledged video game working. The only problem is, if it's a Netflix exclusive game then it's not going to do well and probably will end up becoming lost media at some point. I know I wouldn't want to get a subscription to their gaming service just for this one game, I already don't like game streaming services since they run like garbage on my internet.
  2. It depends on what game I'm playing. I'll usually only take clips if I found a glitch or if I'm recording footage for my Youtube channel. Other than that I normally don't take clips of games, especially not on my PS5.
  3. I haven't seen this glitch in my copy. Are you playing the Java edition or Bedrock? Either way your best bet would be to reinstall the game and that should probably fix the problem. Looks like some of the doors are just using textures of other doors causing them to appear as unused assets. There was a unused windowless door that was found in the game, but it doesn't look like the textures in your game. (This is from the Java Edition.)
  4. I've been wanting to get some cases for a lot of my loose retro games, especially my Pokemon ones. I know there's custom cases you can buy off Etsy, since I don't have a printer I might actually go down this route and get a bunch of cases made for my Pokemon games. I also want to get cases for some of my Genesis titles too, for my loose Sonic games I just plan on getting additional copies of the games since I want legit cases and manuals for them.
  5. The worst part of the hack is all the employee information that was stolen. Sure it absolutely sucks to see the projects you've been working on being leaked, but losing confidential information about the employees is a heck of a lot worse.
  6. Lucky guy, I wish I took better care of my games as a kid but like you said I wouldn't have been able to just let the game sit there and not be played especially as a kid. I don't think games from this generation or the previous are going to be worth as much unless their digital versions get delisted. It's a good thing he decided to hold on to them and not sell them in the past like he was originally going to do.
  7. Yep I remember doing this with some of my Sega Genesis games, I remember writing down my fastest times in the competition mode in my Sonic 3 manual. I sadly no longer own that copy anymore, so I can't go back and look at it. I remember writing down some cheats here and there too.
  8. Because Sega does what everyone else don't. 😛 Jokes aside I'm hoping other companies will do what Sega is currently doing. I would love to see a new Gex game and perhaps with the remasters coming out next year there could be a new one. We haven't had a brand new Mega Man game outside of Dive. Capcom has done this before where we didn't get a new Mega Man game for a while, and that's how Mighty No. 9 came to be.
  9. I am worried as a retro game collector, it's ridiculous on how prices keep going up. Thankfully I held on to all my Pokemon games from childhood, these go for way too much nowadays and repro carts are unreliable in most cases. The pandemic really helped amp up the prices of old games, since most people were stuck at home they were getting into playing their old consoles again and went out and bought games, causing prices to go up.
  10. Honestly he deserves to be mocked, it's a game it's not real. The hateful posts he allows on his platform are real, and do real damage to minorities. He's just jumping on this bandwagon to get more brownie points from the right who oppose violent video games, especially ones like GTA. He's probably a person who puts the blame on violent media for how certain people act when video games do not cause violence.
  11. PS Plus is a service you could use to stream PS3 games, but it sucks unless you have a decent internet connection. Since at the time I tried it out I didn't have a way to hook my console up via a cable, I had to rely on my crappy wifi connection and games would never load properly. Now I just stick to playing the PS3 games I own on my PS3 Slim.
  12. I've sort of done this myself. I technically didn't break one of my Sega Genesis Model 2 consoles, but I never could put the damn motherboard back in the shell properly. It's still not fully put together and the screws are in a Pokemon tin. :V You have to maneuver the motherboard into the shell a specific way and I can't figure it out.
  13. I loved Sonic Generations as well as the Left 4 Dead series, especially the second one. I remember when it first came out and playing the game with my spouse and our roommate at the time. We had just moved out of our parent's house since we were all in our early 20's. It was tons of fun playing local co-op together!
  14. You can't switch drives around on a Xbox One, each hard drive is locked to one mother board. It's stupid if you ask me, since on the 360 you were easily able to switch around hard drives. You're better off trying to get the Xbox One repaired, and uploading your saved games to the cloud if you haven't yet.
  15. I usually don't preorder games unless they're from a franchise I really like since I'd rather have whatever extra bonuses it comes with. I'll just wait for GTA VI to get released and just purchase the game after it's out. GTA isn't one of my most favorite franchises, so I can wait to get the game. I haven't even played IV or V yet.
  16. Honestly it used to be more important to me when I first got my 360 back in 2010, but now it really isn't that important. Now I just play games for the fun of it, though I don't mind trying to get all the achievements in a game.
  17. I think this is good for those who don't care to purchase physical games, plus honestly I think black looks better on a console. Plus it's got more storage which is always a plus, sure you could buy an external drive but they're expensive. I have physical games in my collection so it wouldn't really be worth it for me. I have a feeling there's going to be a good number of people getting one of these for Christmas this year.

My spouse started playing this a little bit about a month ago but I don't think they got into it much. They've only barely played, and already moved on to Alan Wake which they're currently playing for the first time. Graphic wise it looks good, but I don't know if it's a game I'd be interested in playing myself. I'd also have to rely on a walkthrough to find everything and I might end up spoiling the story on accident knowing me.
  19. Doesn't surprise me that this scumbag company who tried to rip off other properties in the past did a sleazy thing again by releasing a completely different game than offered and worst of all it's a bug ridden mess of a game. Sucks for those who were hyped for this game and for those who purchased it thinking it was going to be the product they were offered.
  20. I knew that Balder's Gate 3 would be taking most of the awards, which is absolutely fine since it deserves every one that it got. It was fun watching The Game Awards, but being the Sega fan I am the most hyped I got during the event was when Sega revealed that we're getting a new Golden Axe game as it's been way too long since we got a new one! Plus a 3D Streets of Rage game?! SoR 4 originally was going to be a 3D game, which turned into Fighting Force. Also the announcement of OD got me hyped too!
  21. I'm weary about using a vacuum cleaner on any electronics since the static electricity can cause something to short. So instead I like to use a can of compressed air to clean out my PC. Though if the PC is caked in dust, it's probably best to disassemble everything, clean the shell and then take the components off the board and use a can of compressed air to clean them.
  22. I'm sure a lot of us here probably watched the Game Awards last night and seen that there's a new collaboration. Lego is now in Fortnite and there's a new Lego Survival Mode. I haven't played Fortnite in some time, so I might check out this newest update since I do like Legos and it seems like it'd be a fun game mode to play.
  23. I personally haven't been affected, but this sucks for those who saved money by purchasing third party controllers from places like Aliexpress or Wish. Yeah I know you can't really rely on cheap third party controllers from places like that, but if they work fine for someone then more power to them for saving money. I know this won't affect Power A stuff, or Hyperkin but I think it's a bad move by Microsoft.
  24. I have a feeling that they'll optimize the game enough for those to have a good experience even on the Series S. Sure the specs are a bit weaker than the Series X, however I'm sure the devs are working on the game with the weaker hardware in mind. If they can't get things right when it does release, there's always going to be patches down the road too.
  25. As someone who loves Jordan Peele movies, I'm interested in this game. When they first revealed it I wasn't too interested, but as soon as they started playing music from one of his movies (I can't remember which one...) and seen him come out on stage I was sold immediately. This is going to be great and I can't wait for OD!
