I played the new Ballistic mode on Fortnite last night for a while. Really loving the new mode and can't wait to where they take this game mode being it is in early access at the moment.

It is always a shame to see these games only released on PC as I believe that they would do really well on console as well. I wonder if this may be a game that releases on console at a later date.

This game does look interesting but I have to agree with killamch89, would be nice to know more about the story as well. The graphics do look awesome as well!

Mine would have to be the Super Nintendo. I remember spending a ton of time playing on that console when I was a kid with my brothers and my mum and made so many memories. I would also have to say that the Sega Master System also holds a place in my heart as well.

I would like to see game developers take action faster when it comes to cheats and hackers on games and those who purposely join multiplayer games just to ruin the experience for others. Some game developers such as Epic are doing something about it but I would love to see more developers doing something.

That would be Call of Duty for me, I found that I was always excited for new releases and updates but after a while, the game became stale and I just gave up on the game. Now I don't play Call of Duty anymore.

I have always preferred wireless controllers as the wired ones always seem to get in the way and annoy me. We have a wired one for the Nintendo Switch and it always feels weird switching back to wired after such a long time.

I was never able to understand NFTs and still to this day I don't understand them. So many people seemed to go crazy for them and I could never understand the hype. I don't seem to hear about them as much anymore now though.

I couldn't agree more with this one! Halo as to be one of my favourite game franchises when it comes to the sound designs, they were done so well and always set the atmosphere for whatever situation you were in.

I have only been banned in one game and that was back in 2013 in a game called War Commander that I was playing on Facebook. I remember I got banned permanently for cheating which I know I didn't.

The last game I played is the one I am playing at the moment, Fortnite 🙂 so happy to see OG come back and will be playing that as much as I can! 🙂

We know that a new Xbox console is not going to release any time soon but lets say that it was announced one would be releasing today, would you be willing to jump and make the purchase or would you rather wait? I think it would depend on what the new console was like and whether it would benefit me to upgrade to a new console now and wait.

We all have our favourite mobile games that we enjoy playing but we very rarely talk about the mobile games we like the least. I have played many games on mobile and I would have to say the least liked mobile game I have played has been Dice Dreams, so many ads it ruins the experience. What is your least liked mobile game?

I always look forward to Halloween game updates at this time of year and it is always a shame to see when some people don't bother releasing any kind of Halloween update. I so far have played Fortnite, Stumble Guys, Fall Guys and Pet Simulator 99 with their Halloween updates. Have you played any Halloween updates yet? Do you have a favourite?

Black Ops 6 is releasing this week and there is much more hype now than there has been for the previous releases over the last few years. I will admit I have been burned out on Call of Duty due to the releases not being too great but this one, I am wanting to jump on and play when it launches. Are you ready for Black Ops 6? Will you be jumping in and playing on launch day?

Almost two weeks ago now on the 11th of October, the game developer on Roblox, Big Games who also developed Pet Simulator X and Pet Simulator 99 released a new game which was at first called Pet RNG but the name was changed before release to Pets Go. I have been playing on and off since release and I am enjoying it so far, looking forward to the Halloween update this week too! Have you played Pets Go?

My youngest son showed me this around a week or so ago, it is not a bad looking VR headset and for the price that is decent! I only just got them the Meta Quest 2 so this would be something I may consider at some point.

I haven't played any games on the VR but my kids have quite a lot since I bought them a VR headset for Christmas last year and they seem to really enjoy playing games online with others. I do feel more could be done to make multiplayer better on the VR but it does have potential to reshape multiplayer.

I remember playing Flappy Bird when it was out before and was sad to see it disappear. Very glad that it is making a return and I will be jumping back on when I have the time to do so. It's always great to see games make a comeback.

I loved Snake back in the day. I used to spend hours on the game each day trying to beat my hard score and me and my friends used to compare scores and try and beat one another's. I remember one friend, he didn't have the Nokia but he got hooked playing the game on my phone, asked if he could borrow my phone for the night to play and I let him, I got my phone back the next day and saw he had beaten my score.

One mobile game I introduced to my family was Monopoly Go. As much as they did enjoy it, they found they were not playing it enough and found they needed space so removed it from their device. It's a shame as I would have loved more family members to friend on the game to help with events and such.

Having used my Nintendo Switch now for some years and a few times used it as a handheld for the games I play such as Fall Guys, and Animal Crossing New Horizons, I have found the battery to be really good and can not fault it. Comparing against say the Steam Deck or the ASUS ROG Ally, I couldn't say as I have not used either of those.

Not going to lie, the clock does look good but I was expecting to see it shaped like a Nintendo character of some kind, I feel that they missed an opportunity there but other than that, the clock does look good. I feel the price would have been more justified if they made more of an effort.

My preferred way to use the Nintendo Switch is on the dock but I don't mind using it as a handheld if the need arises. I do like how if I am playing a game and need to head away from the TV to do something, I can take the handheld console with me and still play whilst I am doing things such as cooking.

This is a great question and takes me back to when I designed a controller back in 2020 and even though I would have loved to purchase it, I was unable to due to lack of funds. I created a dark purple controller with my name on the front of it and I had light blue buttons with black letters on. I still would love to this day to be able to purchase the controller I made.
