  1. I guess due to it being available on Game Pass on Day One when it releases and I already have a Game Pass subscription, I won't be spending any money to be let down this time around, pretty much the reason I am willing to give it a try. I can understand why you give these games a miss though, yearly releases and not much changes, can get too much.
  2. This is the first time I heard about this game. That sucks that it got cancelled before release. I always find any games that are created that try to go up against The Sims tend to either never come to fruition or they flop. I love The Sims and wouldn't mind seeing another game like The Sims that does well.
  3. Gears of War E-Day is one I am very much looking forward to and will be added to my Wishlist for sure. I just recently added another game to my Wishlist just the other day and that was Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble
  4. If I am missing a game I have enjoyed playing but I don't have time to play it, I tend to watch others on Twitch or even YouTube playing the game either in videos or in live streams. Over the last year or so, my work has taken a front seat and gaming took a back seat. How much I used to game compared to now dropped drastically and I have missed playing the games I used to play as much as I did. Watching others and their videos has helped a lot.
  5. This sounds interesting and I didn't know they did games like this. I have always struggled for ideas around Christmas time for things to do as a family, I tend to get board games but there is only so much you can play of those before you get fed up. This sounds great and being able to use your phone as a buzzer is a neat idea!
  6. I would have to agree with what some have said in here and that is the convenience. I like how convenient it is that I can have my mobile phone on me and even if I am out and about or away from my laptop at home, I could still check the news, read an email, call someone, text someone, even reply to DMs on sites if I need to. Years ago we always had to wait until we got back to our desks to be able to do anything but now, everything is pretty much in our hand.

    Monopoly Go

I play Monopoly Go daily after finding out about it last year back in November. I enjoy being able to jump on a few times a day to play and try and do well in the daily events they have on offer or even the team events they have every so often. This is one game that also does not have ads, they have in-game purchases but you don't feel pushed to have to buy them to play the game.
  8. As much as some would do this, unless you play the game enough to make it worthwhile, you are technically paying for something just so you don't have ads when you choose to play the game. I wouldn't pay for a game that has ads just to get rid of the ads, not unless it was a game I played consistently and with mobile games, that is rare.
  9. There are so many mobile games I used to play years ago that we no longer find around anymore, much like other games, not just mobile games but console games too, they tend to get forgotten and either end up lost or end up archived somewhere.
  10. I tend to play some mobile games to pass the time but I wouldn't say that I have taken part in any challenges for these mobile games or achieved anything that would be worth mentioning.
  11. Wowzers! What do you get for the $90 a month? Depending on what you get with that payment, it could very well be worth the money.
  12. This makes sense, sometimes you don't always have the time to play through season passes and it could result in a waste of money. Subscriptions and game items are something you get right after you make the purchase, you don't need to work through anything meaning the money is well spent.
  13. A lot of people forget that handheld consoles have been a thing for many years. I grew up playing the Nintendo Gameboy and then we had consoles such as Gameboy Colour, PSP, Nintendo DS, I could go on. We have had the ability to play games away from our homes for many years, phones are pretty much the same, we have them everywhere we go and we can play games whenever we have the time.
  14. I have one thing that that annoys me when it comes to mobile phones, they really do irritate me when I use my phone. The first is when I am doing something and the phone decides to lag out of nowhere, the amount of times this has happened and I have accidentally clicked on something I didn't intend to. The second is the
  15. This does seem to be the case and it's a shame it turned out like that. It's still fun to play from time to time but playing it all the time and becoming invested in it can end up being costly. I couldn't justify putting money into it myself as I don't play it enough.
  16. In my country, you are not allowed to either text or call on your mobile whilst you are driving, not even when you are sitting at traffic lights waiting for them to change. Unfortunately, this is something that is not enforced enough and there are times I see people driving whilst on their phones.

    Honor of Kings

I saw this trailer a few days ago and will admit, I was not overly thrilled with the trailer. It didn't give me that "Oh wow! I need to download and play this game!" reaction. I am always up for trying new mobile games but this one will be a miss for me.
  18. This was another game I never played back in the day but I always heard about it. Seems it was a very underrated game as those I speak to who did play it always have great things to say about it.

    Earthbound

This is a game I heard of but I never played it and it is very expensive to purchase now so not something I would jump on, at least not unless I had enough disposable income to be able to do so. How much roughly does it seem to be going for at the moment?
  20. So far I have not bought any reproduction video games but I know of many people who do and it's working really well for them. I do hear it can be quite expensive in the long run but worth it if you are a die-hard gamer.
  21. It is awesome that they are re-releasing these games! So many loved Gex growing up and I can only imagine how many would be happy to go back and play the games as they remember them. I do hope they reconsider re-masters at a later date though.
  22. These are always fun to watch. I feel like everyone always has an opinion on each Call of Duty game when it releases, some still enjoy the game whilst others always feel let down. Many are optimistic this year, curious to see how things go.
  23. It's unfortunate to not see Kojima involved this time. I want to be excited for the remake but something tells me that Konami are more than likely going to some how ruin the game. Their policies have never been great.

    Fireside

This game looks great! It's very much something I would play in my spare time, one of those games you can sit and chill out on. I don't tend to play many of these games anymore but this may be the next one I do. Definitely picking this one up!
  25. I am very happy to see Call of Duty coming to Game Pass. Every year either I purchase or my eldest purchases the game and my two sons always ask about it and how they can play it. Buying copies so everyone can play can become costly but with it being on Game Pass, everyone will be able to play and have access to many different games as well, so it is a win all round.
