I like when older games get remasters or remakes if they're done right. I am not really a fan of the Final Fantasy VII remake, it's way too different from the original game and it completely throws the story of the original game out the window. Not to mention that I am more of a fan of turned based RPGs and wish Final Fantasy would go back to that mechanic rather than hack n slash. I'm happy that I'll be able to play all three Gex games on my PS5 soon thanks to Limited Run games remastering the series.

I've purchased so many Poke coins in Pokemon GO over the years, but I haven't made a purchase in a long time due to not making as much as I used to. I would blow so much on raid passes every time they put out a new Legendary Pokemon.

I myself am not a huge fan of the controllers with the thumb sticks at the top. I have used controllers like that in the past and I found it difficult to get on with. 
I can understand why some people would more than likely want a controller like this though, maybe it's because they are used to it, prefer it or because it is better if they have bigger hands. 
It's a shame there are not more controllers with the thumb sticks at the top for those who prefer it. 
 
 

I went through a really rough mentally abusive relationship for a while which I was scared to get out of at first due to what had been said to me. I found comfort in playing video games which too my mind away from what I was going through and as much as it didn't get me out of the situation it helped me get through the tough times. I am now happy to say I am out of the situation but I suffer a lot of mental health issues now because of that and even now, gaming is a get away for me when I have bad mental health days. 

This is something I have always had an issue with, not so much with single player games that are offline and you play on your own, if you want to cheat in a single player mode, go for it. It's not bothering me and will not affect others only you.
When it comes to online multiplayer and playing with others, that is where I draw the line to be honest. If you are cheating you are ruining the game for others who are playing as well and that makes it less enjoyable for others. I am glad to see that some game developers take this very seriously but I do feel more need to take it more seriously. 

Growing up with music, it was always something I had going on in my life right from being a kid. With my auntie being a music teacher and also playing the piano and the violin, I grew up to have quite the love for music and would definitely say that I am musically gifted.
I have always been a firm believer that bringing someone up around music can help them greatly as they get older. 

I always remember as a kid, the Bond movies would air quite often on the TV. It would usually be a Sunday afternoon and there would always be a Bond movie on the TV during the afternoon and I would watch it because my dad was watching it. 

I actually pictured that and laughed out loud! LOL 

I could just imagine a potato slowly creeping up on someone with a knife and the JAWS music casually playing right before the kill. I any normal movie you would not find that funny but because it is a potato, it's quite hilarious LOL

I am so sorry to hear this @The Blackangel and @Rain Dew 😞 you hear about people doing these things a lot and it is never easy to hear about it when people take their own lives but to have seen it is a whole other story. 

My condolences go out to their friends and family at this awful time and I do hope that both you and Rain Dew and able to get all the support you need to get through this.

With YouTube being so overly saturated now it does take a lot more than it used to for you to get discovered on YouTube. With their release of YouTube Shorts though, I myself and also many others that I know who stream and also upload to YouTube have found working both shorts and also longer videos works best to get discovered. So for example, post your usual longer videos like you would normally but try to incorporate in some shorts if you are able to. If you are consistent you will start to notice a difference. I hope that helps 🙂

I wouldn't say it is the best console ever from Nintendo as that I believe is the NES and it will take a lot to beat that. I do believe in terms of gaming now it is more convenient and does give gamers another option for a game console over the others that are on the market but at the moment, I do not think it is the best Nintendo console yet.

That is something people wouldn't believe about me. Aside from growing up on 80's rock, I was forced to listen to country music all the time as well. It's what my parents listened to. A weird thing about me is that I absolutely despise bubblegum pop music, but I like KPOP.

As much as I have really enjoyed video games and I have been known in the past to spend hours on games such as Fortnite and also Destiny 2, I wouldn't say that I have ever become so addicted to these games that coming away from them was a huge problem and affected my social life or even my life in general. I feel as long as you understand and know that you need to take a break and you are able to get up and do that without any issues, you should be fine.

I think the one game that made me rage quit the most was Cuphead. I have played many games over the years that have been frustrating and have made me rage a little but Cuphead definitely took the top spot. In fact, since the last time I played Cuphead and rage quit I have not been back on it since. 

True for me as well. But I was also one of the fans that wanted COD to change after the series got stale. We got the change with all the futuristic shit, but fans turned on that pretty fast and we were back to wanting the original COD again. 

I'm not good at speedrunning games. I don't do things quickly enough or in the most efficient ways.
I also don't really enjoy speedrunning since you miss getting a lot out of the game when you go too quickly.

Whenever, I bought used consoles, it was usually from close friends/ people who I knew good enough and could somewhat trust them.

Cuphead is a BITCH. I've been playing and replaying it, and have never even made it past the first stage. It's a great game, and I absolutely love the graphics, but DAMN IT'S HARD.
Just to note, the reason I love the graphics so much is because they're the style of the cartoons I watched as a kid.
Those were the REAL cartoons. Not this Teen Titans and Spongebob bullshit.

I will admit, I am very wary when I buy used consoles and usually only go to places I know test them and check them well and so far I have never run into this issue when buying any used console. It is a shame though that you will get some sellers that will do this just for the money as they will not suffer for it, the buyer will. 

My cat is no longer with us as she passed last July at the age of 12 but I would often joke around and make up things she would probably be saying to us when she would look at us, it often made my kids laugh to be honest. Sad reality is, if she could speak, she more than likely would have said half the stuff I said she would say if she could talk. LOL

When I have kids, I plan to slowly get them into video games. I had the idea of getting them started with the early consoles first like; NES, SNES, Genesis, older pc, etc. And then eventually show them to the games to follow. 
I think it'd be fun to show them the start, just so they know where gaming started, or sort of began or was popularized. 
Seeing my nephew playing video games for the first time, where he knew what to do, was a joy to see. Seeing him do better in some games was even cooler. He kills at Portal and Portal 2, and is a huge fan of the Half life series already, and has beat those games over and over now. I wish I could get into the Half Life series like him haha.
