Great review. I've been considering picking this up on cheap because of the aesthetic and because Rutger Hauer plays the protagonist, which is most likely an intentional cast choice given he played a lead role in Blade Runner. What I've heard about the game so far has me a little disappointed since I was legit hoping for a cyberpunk horror game where you solve multiple murders so I agree it feels like a lot of wasted potential.
