  1. Of course, developers push microtransactions and loot boxes too much. There's no doubt about it. When I look to purchase a video game, as a gamer, I want to buy a title which has been finished and is fully "complete". I don't want one that has hidden payment barriers. Marketing departments don't advertise this to consumers, do they?
  2. No one can say for sure, but I think they are going to remain focused on Consoles and PC. This part of the gaming sector has been filled already by competitors like Nintendo. Microsoft has already released the Lumia Smartphone so who knows, they might do a handheld platform for gaming. Only time will tell.
  3. My first option would be the Xbox Series X, and then the PS5 as my second choice. Regardless, I am not going to purchase the console straight away as I'm anticipating for the price to go down, after some time. There is no better feeling than playing a game for the first time on a new platform.
  4. As much as I love playing Mobile Games, this is the platform which interests me the least. Every free application which I download seems to be packed full of Microtransactions. I understand developers have to recoup the funds - but, why advertise the title as free when it's not?
  5. Online. Humans are thirsty for social interactions and, multi-player does just that. Another plus for me is that the competition that you are faced with, is completely different from the offline mode. There is more of an added exciting element.
  6. Money is one problem, and, time is another. It would 1,000's of dollars to purchase, and, then you have to spend on video games for each platform. Let's say you managed to buy every console, where will you find the time to play? You'll have a huge backlog. I would only pick one to own as it's greed to possess all of them.
  7. I often talk to my family and friends who are into gaming. Whether this is a story, discussing a title, or arranging a gaming night, this is a discussion point which I'll talk about. I prefer chatting about games on forums due to anonymity and this allows me to dive deeper into what's being discussed.
  8. Just the one controller. I don't tend to play split-screen with other my friends anymore. Generally, I will connect in a Party Voice Chat and use the multiplayer feature to play computer games with my mates.
  9. I don't rage if something goes wrong, gaming. I always try and resolve the issue or problem as raging isn't a way forward. Once I was playing GTA 5 Online, and a modder lowered my XP to 0, from 99. After switching sessions, I contacted Rockstar Support who replied within 48 hours and reinstated my original level.
  10. Around 3 to 4 years ago, I owned an iPad Mini which was primarily used for Gaming. They're okay to use for playing games, however, you need to make sure your device has sufficient specifications. I lent my tablet to a friend, who was playing and then dropped the device which cracked the screen. That was the end of iPad Gaming for me!
  11. I stopped purchasing physical games for many years now. I mostly own a collection of digital ones on, Steam. I haven't got around to playing all of the electronic copies in my collection. There are some still which I haven't tried yet. This is my gaming backlog!
  12. I would classify myself as a Mobile Gamer, without a doubt. Some of the games I used to play on my iPhone are Smash Hit, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Temple Run 1 & 2, Angry Birds, Words with Friends, Mutant Roadkill, and last but not least let's not forget an all-time classic. Candy Crush!
  13. Johnny Depp, known as Captain Jack Sparrow is my favourite character in the series. Countless hours during my childhood were spent watching this title, and I always felt "inside the series". I love their storylines too. This is how I learned about the Pirates.
  14. Any sport can be done without one although, I fear society will look down on us. Sports that could still be socially acceptable without a crowd include but are not limited to the following: Fishing, Football, and Tennis. For example, someone could still participate in a Tennis Tournament without an audience watching.
  15. I have only seen glimpses of Frozen Two on YouTube. As much as I'm a Disney Lover, I can't seem to bring myself to watch any of the Frozen movies after reading some of the negative reviews. I will never forget the annoying, catchy Let It Go Track from the first film.
  16. I got the same results. A screenshot of them is attached below. Either, the system is unreliable or we both share the same interests. Nonetheless, the questions were interesting and the quiz was fun to take.
  17. We call this activity Football, over here, in England. I remember playing Footy, during my PE Lessons, however, my teacher tended to warm towards the more skilled students. I was never really that great anyway - nonetheless, it was something which was fun to partake in. Occasionally, I'll have a kick around with some mates but nothing more.
  18. I'm christian. I have believed in christianity since I was born and this has never changed. Usually, I attend church on a Sunday but due to the recent pandemic, places of worship have been instructed to close to prevent transmission.
  19. I have seen a lot of conspiracy theories linked to the pandemic, COVID-19 recently. Any information, which has not been backed up by science or reliable evidence I'm not going to believe. People are entitled to their views but I won't be tricked easily.
  20. I can relate to this meme. Lockdown has taught us a valuable lesson in life which is, we don't appreciate the things taken for granted. It has made me realise how privileged I am, compared to others and to be thankful for what we already have.
  21. Sorry to hear that your employment was impacted as a result of COVID-19. I hope everything works out and you manage to keep your job. Fortunately, my career hasn't been affected as I'm classified as a key worker, working in a Petrol Station. I'm just so grateful I still have a job during these uncertain times.
  22. Thank you for sharing. This is something which I'm not only excited for but looks fascinating too. Seems like a great game!
  23. I was wondering whether anybody had interesting memories as to why they quit a game. Perhaps they were funny or stupid reasons? Please share the name of the title too and are you anticipating on playing, ever again?
  24. Please share which browser games you have lost the most time playing. Probably Slither.io and Agar.io for me, I still play them to this very day. The strategy element of growing bigger than other players is what makes these titles enjoyable too.
  25. Remember the last time you ended up getting a difficult moral choice from a game? What were you playing? Explain what choices there were, and what your decision was, please.
