  1. This thread is specifically for people to pose questions about the game, and answer questions about the game. Tips, secrets, item/horse/stranger mission locations. All of it. I fucking love the game, and want to go all in for it. I've seen dozens of threads about Skyrim on here that are basically doing this, but I'm trying to draw this into one single thread. So let the questioning begin!
  2. Thanks captain obvious. I notice however, that you ignore the fact that you never said that all had to apply. You just listed unconnected randoms, as if one or another was enough to say a person has no right or privilege to be a gamer. Also the etc. at the end means that there are other things that are disqualifiers. Strangely though, you neglected to mention them. Nothing anywhere in your post said they were compounded. True nothing said they were or weren't individual, but by what you're saying now, you are strongly implying that they are compounded in an attempt to cover your own ass.
  3. Aside from epilepsy, yes I do. The two that got to me the most however were the ones about eye issues and psychological issues.
  4. The republiKKKlans have already been in the process of getting things ready to repeal the 22nd amendment the next time a Klan member is in the White House. That's their first step to devolving this country to a fascist dictatorship. Definition Of Fascism - Fascism is a form of far-right, authoritarian aggressive ultranationalism, and often racism or general bigotry, characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and of the economy. We're a half step away from that, which is exactly what the republiKKKlans desperately want. And pray to whatever deity it is you worship that no one hears any of us real Americans talking about the "Good Ol' Days". That would be an attack against the regime, and constitute treason. Even if we're reminiscing about toys we played with as children.
  5. Imagine your dream house (whatever that house may be). Think of all the details you would like this home to possess, including furniture. You are suddenly given the opportunity to trade wherever you live now for this hypothetical home, and your mortgage would be whatever you currently pay. The home will be in (roughly) the same location as your current residence. However there is one odd caveat: This "dream home" is buried two miles underground. When you look out of the windows, all you will see is dirt. In order to enter the residence, you will have to take an elevator that travels down the two mile shaft at high speed (it's about a 5 minute trip). The elevator is comfortable, and there is a staff (located aboveground) that provides 24/7 maintenance on the elevator - if something breaks or goes wrong with the elevator, you will be rescued immediately. Would you accept this underground dream home?
  6. You are offered a strange job by a New York based company: Every morning at 6:00AM, a car service will come to your home and drive you to JFK Airport (40 minutes from your residence). You will then take an 8:00AM (business class) flight to Los Angeles, arriving at roughly 11:30AM. You will be picked up at the airport and driven to a Burbank office, where you will hand over 3 innocuous (but unfaxable) documents to the corporations president. You will then be driven straight back to LAX, where you will immediately catch a return flight to New York. Another car will pick you up at the New York airport at 9:00PM and return you to your home in New York City. This is what you would do every day, five days a week: Wake up in New York, fly 5½ hours to Los Angeles, and then immediately fly 5½ hours back. You have to wear dress clothes, but your lunches can be expensed and you would have no other responsibilities while flying. The pay would be a 10% increase from what you currently earn but they would need a three year commitment. Would you take this job?
  7. I'd have to go with the coffee. I can't lose my soda. I have an unhealthy addiction to caffeine in general. And while I know coffee has it, soda is my method of choice and it's not a pretty picture when I run out. Don't get me wrong I love a hot cup of coffee and an iced tea, but I have to have soda.
  8. Unless this is for some weird kind of art piece, you won't see me doing either.
  9. Either would be infections I don't even want to think about. Also how would you swim in either? Sure you can sink in the syrup, but you would most likely be able to just walk across the nutella.
  10. The only thing that ever gets "ejected" so to speak, from a black hole is subatomic particles. Electrons and positrons mainly. They can sometimes come out as an extremely hot plasma, but not always. But regardless of what it is, once something reaches the Event Horizon, there's no coming back for it. Including light. The gravitational pull of a black hole is so unfathomably powerful that not even light can escape it. In April 2017 we finally got an actual picture of a black hole.
  11. The worst thing is when they use a tragic event and try to make a love story out of it. My grandfather was a WW2 veteran. Granted he was in Germany and part of the American unit that helped liberate and freed Auschwitz, but when the movie Pearl Harbor came out, he went full on ballistic. I was never comfortable around the man to begin with, but even as an adult, I was truly scared at that point. I heard that some of the Titanic survivors were pissed about that movie as well. Capitalizing on something like that just trivialize it to make a buck off of it.
  12. The ones that are such candy asses about that kind of shit make me just see fucking red. The world doesn't give a shit about your precious little feelings. If you're that much of a pussy, then you have no business even leaving your home. Fuck, you have no business even existing. You have no right or privilege to even speak to another creature with a pulse. No one wants to listen to your whining, or your general bullshit. Either grow the fuck up and keep it to your god damn self, or permanently remove yourself from civilization. The world has no time, nor does it have the tolerance, for people like you.
  13. I got the Pfizer vaccine because it has a higher success rate at just over 95%. The first one went fine with no side effects. The second however, HOLY SHIT. I couldn't use my arm for days afterward. It hurt so bad that I almost couldn't sleep. I had to give up all video games for almost 2 weeks because my arm hurt so bad, that even trying to use my Switch was a lost cause. I don't know how easy it is to get high or overdose on OTC painkillers, but I'm willing to bet that I was 1-2 pills away from finding out.
  14. I picked it up yesterday (8-3-21) and haven't watched it yet. I plan on watching it today, but I wanted to see if anyone here has seen it and what your thoughts were. Was it epic or were you disappointed? What would you rate it out of 10? In your opinion, were the actors and characters designed better in this one or the originals?
  15. I hate trying to learn the controls of elaborate, open world games. For example RDR2 was a bitch to learn. It became second nature after I had it down, but aside from that, it felt next to impossible when I was learning it.
  16. I would say FF8 and most Zelda games. They're so short to beat. Sure, I know FF8 was a 4 disc game on the PlayStation, but it's so damn short, unless you do the side quests and make up some of your own challenges. Like right now, I'm trying to collect a full hundred of every item. Most I will, some I won't. But aside from that, the game is over before you know it. And the bosses? 🥱
  17. Killing a rat by my own fuckup in RDR2. I always feel like I'm going to puke when it happens, and sometimes I actually do throw up. It's then that I have to go play with my babies. I have 17 right now, but am thinking of rehoming some of the boys. They're little babies, so I won't be doing it until they're full grown. They're roughly the size of a mouse right now.
  18. Accidentally killing a rat in RDR2. It's usually in Bolger Glade, and typically while I'm on my horse. Either way, I absolutely can't believe what I had done. If I had been watching where the fuck I was going I would have seen it and would have waited for it to go wherever it was going so that I didn't kill it. Even if it meant I would die.
  19. Living is a life that would be considered enjoyable and "happy". Existing is more common, and is simply having a pulse after a lifetime of abuse.
  20. What you say. Tone can be wrong but easily corrected. What you say however, can be disastrous in more ways than one.
