Google Stadia has officially launched, quoting the review I read for the system : Stadia is a cloud service that runs games on Google’s servers, then beams them to your device. You can play on a TV, on a phone, or on a PC. Basically you dont need a console, all you need is a google account and internet connection. So far it looks good and it play good. But here comes the obvious problem, it has a lot of lag.

Same here , I'm watching football right now and we are going to drive to L.A. later in the afternoon to meet some family for a thanksgiving dinner as well.

I was going to say that the Witcher 3 has a lot of decisions like this, but after reaching level 40 I will say thats not entirely true,  you can make a decision that at your belief is a good moral decision but it can end up being a bad decision with terrible consequences, so there is no way to tell if the consequences will be good or bad, on some cases you can easily predict the situation but thats not always the case.

Do other people here who enjoy open world games spend a large percentage of time just messing around and doing mundane things?
I literally spend about 50% of my time in RDR working on the hunting/gathering challenges and gambling. It makes the world feel more “lived in” to me, rather than something I’m just passing through.
I mess around a lot in Skyrim and Fallout too, but not to the same degree. I think RDR’s mundane tasks are just more fun to me than, say, the radiant quests in Skyrim.
Then again, I spend a lot of time in both Skyrim and Fallout arranging items around my house.
What percentage of time do you spend in the open world games you play just doing random slice of life activities?
And what “slice of life” type activities do you wish were available in the games you play which aren’t? Like in Skyrim, I like that there are some activities you can do with your kids, but I wish there were more, like taking them to town to shop and such. And there are literally no spouse activities, which is kind of lame. It would also be cool if you could go fishing.

How often do you replay your favorite game?
Most of my games are open world games, so I just keep them on a semi-permanent rotation loop—so I am basically always playing Skyrim, Fallout, etc.
I’m finally getting around to my second playthrough of TLOU, will probably start in the next few weeks. And I recently finished my first full playthrough of all BioShock games and DLCs.
I think ideally, I want to play through BioShock and TLOU every year. But I am sure it will be impossible to keep up with that as I expand my video game library.

Kojima - the creator of the Metal Gear Series is someone I always admired for his outside-of-the-box direction in his games. Sometimes he can go overboard like in Death Stranding but I'd much rather that than some generic cookie-cutter experience.

Shigeru Miyamoto. For those who don't know, he was one of the original creators of The Legend Of Zelda. Of all the series I'm a fan of, I've been a Zelda nut the longest. Kinda hard to picture me really having all that much interest in gaming without it.
