I will sometimes think of a side story of the game while not playing it, I do this a lot with Games, Movies, Anime or any good story that I like.

Crackdown already failed, Far Cry: New Dawn is having some good reviews but most will agree that its to similar to Far Cry 5. I do have high hopes for Days gone, I own a PS4 and I will always prefer a single player experience.

You can count far cry and crackdown at the top. They are going to fail. I got totally bored after seeing their gameplay pre launch. I think It can get pretty bad in case of the far cry especially. I also think star wars is going to fail. However I have seen the pre beta gameplay of the days gone. And honestly that is one good game worth checking out.I don't see it is going to fall from what I have seen. 

Really looking forward to Anthem and Far Cry: New Dawn, don't think I'll be disappointed in them given I loved the Anthem demo and I'm currently really enjoying Far Cry 5.

When you play an RPG-style game, do you tell yourself detailed stories in your head about your character and what is going on their life, filling in all the little details the game doesn't? Or do you just play with what takes place literally on the screen?
 

Xbox One and PS4 controller are about even for me, both great controllers. The worst is probably the N64 controller as it was so clunky/bulky. 

If you haven't played a game in a while, the controls can take a bit of time getting used too. 
Practise, practise, and more practise is key. Learning specific tactics and strategies is vital.
Most video games have walk throughs, FAQs and tutorials on their websites. Also, you can buy strategie guides on Amazon, eBay and other online retails although this is usually a waste of money so trying looking for free guides.
Many content creators upload Tutorials which give you hints on how to improve. Have a browse on YouTube and various other social media platforms for tips. 
Of course, you can always ask me for help. Don't give up and keep trying to improve. 

God of War PS4, the best story of the franchise.

I usually love being a journalist who represents the gamers and what they want rather than pleasing the corporations. That means I am usually more outspoken in my own medium than anyone else who could do my job.
 
The whole Exposure Vs. Paid  debacle continues going on and how "Clickbait is feeding websites" is also a huge problem that happens even with YouTubers. The major issue is that humanity LOVES gossip. We literally are in love with seeing scandalous headlines about how they did this or that.
That's funny, considering the forum you're in belongs to a game news website.
But I digress, I don't think that news are a joke and they are still taken extremely seriously in my country. However, the reason for this is because Mexicans tend to go straight to the point (just look at publications like LevelUp, which don't even go for extremely hot hot takes).

Generally speaking, there are two extreme views in gaming journalism, one that is overtly supportive of the gaming industry and two extremely negative about gaming. Maybe I am wrong and the balanced view on the gaming industry also exist, however, I do not read a lot on gaming related news and articles.

That's no shame to admit, neither have I. They get ridicilously difficult.

Today I read a post about games coming up this year that might not live up to the expectation, some of them are: Star Wars: Jedi Fallen order, Days gone, Anthem, Death Stranding, Crackdown 3 and Far Cry: New Dawn.
Me personally I am looking forward for a good Starwars game, sadly EA hasnt delivered and also I had my hopes for Death Stranding since its being designed by Hideo Kojima but upon doing a quick search I found out that there is not a lot of gameplay footage for it.
Are you looking forward for any of these games or do you think that they will disappoint ?

Yeah after years and years of waiting for many fans its not going to be worth it, besides Valve doesnt need to create new games at this point, it seems that Steam is more than enough for them.

Argh, I forgot about Worms! Many a drunken night spent playing that in my Uni dorm lol

The sad true about the videogame industry is that all that matters is profit, there is no point of making a good game if its not going to sell well. Thats why many publishers and developers are focusing these days on quick Battle royale games or Multiplayer in general. Creating an open world or single player with good narrative takes time and money, Thats one of the reasons why EA pulled the plug on the open world Starwars game, they said that they wanted something to cash in now not later. Hopefully Bethesda will give us an amazing Elder scrolls 6.

I will always prefer Physical games , For PS4 I have 6 games, Xbox 360 16 games, 2ds 2 games, modded Wii I'm not sure I downloaded a bunch of Wii, Gamecube , n64, snes, nes, gameboy and sega genesis games, I have at least 60 gb of games on the Wii

lol. My parents just hid my consoles somewhere until I behaved myself - I can just imagine how it felt to see your N64 plunging to its destruction and there is nothing you could do. 😭

Agree, I hate minecraft but cant argue with that, its a successful game whether we like it or not.

Mine is Mojang. It created Minecraft, one of the highest selling games in the entire history.

I've never really gotten into Minecraft but I do acknowledge it's popularity.

If you are mature and adult, gaming may not affect your behavior, however, gaming certainly has an adverse effect on kids and young people.  They lose interest in social interactions, they damage their eyes, and they start behaving oddly.

You might not like my answer but I am a Christian so yes there is more to life than this. God made us to be in relationship with him and with others. To be in community and not do life on our own. Those are my thoughts.
