I agree - they think tweaking an old concept slightly is innovative which is absolute bs. The only time game developers come up with anything innovative is a new type of microtransaction system to swindle us players out of our hard-earned money. I don't see them putting that same kind of energy into making a refreshing experience for us players.

First Sonic - now this. I can already see them completely screwing this one up - Please just stop making movies off of videogames already because they are usually trash. Take the Doom movie for instance, does anybody like that movie? I totally agree with @The Blackangel that this is a bad idea on so many different levels. Come to think of it, I can't really remember one live-action movie based on a videogame/anime/cartoon character that I have actually liked.

Yeah, it is pretty awesome and though there are a few bugs, the game is pretty good overall - the PC version that is.

Activision ruins everything they touch and that's why Bungie went their own way and coincidentally, Destiny 2 has been doing very well ever since. Add to the fact that many of the original Blizzard employees have jumped ship and Blizzard is now only a namesake.

I'm not sure what to say...if the game does well then this idea may gain momentum and become profitable for lucasfilms. The idea isn't really a bad thing at all but it's the fact that EA is publishing the game that should concern them since EA is known to just completely ruin anything that could benefit them. On the movie side of things which Disney is responsible for, the quality of the Star Wars franchise has also deteriorated so I'm not holding my breath for this one.

Actually the Australian government have a very naive perspective when it comes to technology in general. They ban and censor anything that is remotely offensive (for instance, violent video games) among other things.

Blizzard are going to take a lot more hits from this no matter who they side with and they deserve it.

You should try Resident Evil 7 - Hands down the scariest game I've played. No seriously, I've only played it once and refused to do it again because of how scary it was. The only reason I never started screaming was due to my friends being there lol.

Quite the contrary, if you read the comics you'd know that Superman is incredibly overpowered to the point he can phase through objects. The game is just replicating that...🤣

I agree totally and the worst part is you have to pay $60 dollars just for the base game and then you have to spend more money just to play the game?

I mostly agree with you there because you already paid for the game - why do you need to spend more money on subscriptions etc. ?

It is important to find a bit of balance in everything you do or it could lead to burnout which makes anything you do less enjoyable.
