  1. I do that to most other people that I don't want to interact with - I just pretend like they're not even there.
  2. Perfectly understandable given your situation but majority of the kids I knew who grew up as one was spoiled beyond belief.
  3. That's a fair point actually but I'm talking about not being invulnerable while invisible. If I had that, I'd definitely choose the invisibility. The issue is that being invisible makes you susceptible to more man-made accidents as opposed to if people even saw you.

    Steam Deck

I just install Qubes the other day on my VM so I'm learning how to use it and it's pretty intuitive and more privacy focused.
  5. I'm talking about creating your own cloud and syncing data from there to multiple other devices...
  6. Same here - there are certain things that I want to find out about and Google tries to censor some of the answers while allowing others.
  7. Firefox is a pretty versatile browser that can be extensive customized for your personal online needs. Portable Firefox is a pretty useful tool to have on your flash drive so that when you go to a computer cafe, you can just pull it up and use a secure browser that you trust.
  8. Yeah Gmail is pretty versatile but the issue I have with them is that they can easily be hacked if you're not careful.
  9. Yeah - they were talking about bumping up Ipads to 720p resolution and it was revolutionary at the time. Nowadays, almost everyone would laugh at you for that.
  10. I hope it stays that way because most companies would start acting like Intel once they have no competition. Just pumping out negligible upgrades every year.
  11. Back in the days, that wasn't much of an option because of how their controllers were constructed.
  12. It's just general online politics is quick to call everything "sexist" nowadays and I've seen way tamer than this get a lot of heat.
  13. The concept and what it was trying to achieve is visible for all to see but the execution was horrid to say the least. They should've taken a couple more years to polish the game and it' would've been amazing.
  14. I only ever did Star Wars Battlefront and that was the first and last time I'll ever pre-order a game. I almost pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 but I stuck to my guns at the alst minute and I'm glad I did.
  15. And the amount of scams have significantly increased over the years. That's why I won't back any games nowadays no matter how much they try to market their game's "innovation".
  16. And dust storms were the same thing except they also limited your opponent's visibility as well so they couldn't see or hear you so easily.
  17. Anything but battle royale games, I'm sick and tired of them. Most of them are unoriginal and all they are is massive cash grabs and hardly anything interesting in the way of content.
  18. Nowadays teachers are far more aware so they can't get away with things like that again. Back then, most teachers didn't know anything about technology.
  19. That's why I want more triple A companies to come under fire like Activision did. It's hilarious seeing Activision hopelessly trying to put out their dumpster fire.
  20. I just saw it and I'm surprised they didn't remove it because of how "sensitive" a few idiots are nowadays.
  21. Gran Turismo is more of a racing simulation so they correctly put it in the correct racing category.
  22. So true - it used to hurt my thumb I'm not going to lie. It's one of the worst controllers I can ever remember with so many buttons in some awkward places where my hand couldn't reach when I was younger.
  23. That's why I want Xiaomi and others to thrive so it'd kick them off their perch and I'm glad Xiaomi is now the number 1 smartphone manufacturer.
  24. I definitely have to see this one - I'll go look it up on YouTube.
  25. It's a problem that is in every industry not just the gaming industry. For instance, if Apple and Samsung fanbois would stop buying their products tomorrow, they'd stop removing so many features and accessories every year.
