I'm getting Resident Evil Village this week - the game looks very scary - I have to play it.

DefendTheHouse makes some pretty detailed reviews of games with lots of analysis - his reviews always make for a great watch.

Lost Odyssey for the Xbox 360 - it takes some inspiration from Final Fantasy games but it's story is very good. It's a game I hardly hear mentioned even among most Xbox fans.

That has been a staple in the GTA series and to be honest, that's normally how it goes in real life especially when you're involved in illegal activities. I agree that they could come up with an entirely different plot instead of using criminals/refugees/ some shady person and just give us a somewhat normal citizen. Their reason to get involved in crime would have to be something drastic though.

It's very widely known that both companies sell their consoles at a loss but due to the sheer volume that they'll sell, they'll make up the difference in due time so it's not a surprise.

Minecraft - I know it's been one of the most popular games over the last decade but I could never bring myself to play it. I don't know if it's the blocky graphics or something that stops me but I just can't.

This game doesn't seem half bad in the philosophical sense - is it out yet? If not, when will it be released?

I've been working on my empathy by killing the NPCs. That way, they'll be free from their programming - aren't I empathetic? 😹😹

I totally agree - we pay our money to get quality products. That is the essence of a business but most gaming companies want to function as a bank where we store our money with minimal returns in terms of offerings.

RE Village has to be on this list - I was watching a few clips of RE Village and there was this flying creature with a gigantic mouth. I was terrified as hell.
