Yeah Mankind Divided fell short on the story I agree. But it's still a lot of fun to play. I just felt more invested in Human Revolution.

killamch89 got a reaction from Alyxx in Your Top 10 Games of all time
Human Revolution is always a pretty fun game to play and I also play it every now and then. Mankind Divided isn't bad either - the story is just not quite as gripping as human revolution but the gameplay and abilities are a lot more fun.

It's ok lol. We all make that mistake with some games because I don't know which exact genres they fall under either.

Yeah you right but I'll wait until it there is a $10 dollar deal and then I'll probably buy it.

Been playing the franchise since Fallout 2 so... long time fan.
I think Fallout 4 is a great game. But it's not a good Fallout game. Fallout 76 I absolutely love but it's definitely not Fallout either lol. But I will admit the idea of a survival game in the Fallout universe makes a lot of sense to me.
I've played Human Revolution to death! Platinumed both the original release and the director's cut. I still play it now and then just because I love it so much.

killamch89 got a reaction from Alyxx in 25 years of DOOM
I feel so old...I remember the original doom as a child. Every time I see these anniversary events, It amazes how much video gaming technology has evolved.

killamch89 got a reaction from DylanC in Anyone else skateboard?
Yeah. I also used to have roller blades as well - I used to love watching the X-games for the extreme stunts from Tony Hawk and other pro-skateboarders.

killamch89 reacted to Katri Marcell in Having too many games to play and not enough time?
I feel you! I have created a TO PLAY list on Steam that I keep track of games I want to play at some point. I myself don't have time for gaming anymore so I just download one game and play during the weekend. If it's boring or too hard for me I don't stress over it much. I just download the next one. Works everytime 😄

With nuclear weapons around and idiotic twats for leaders, you never know what might happen.

You right. it's just that I don't have that much time to game anymore.
I love your list as well. The original Fallout developers are coming out with a new game in 2019 called the outer worlds. From what I have seen, It's basically the love child of Borderlands and Fallout.

You dug this one of the grave, didn't you? My friends and I used to play this all the time at arcades.

killamch89 reacted to DylanC in How often do you save?
It tends to depend on the game tbh. I actually save really often in games like Fallout or Skyrim because I can't bear re-doing a stretch of games after being killed or hitting a bug. Ideally, games should autosave often. That said, games like the Souls series don't need frequent saving. A big part of the risk/reward element of the game relies on the constant threat of losing a ton of progress. But, yeah, that risk/reward feeling isn't for everybody!

Or, you know. Cleaning your hands before using the controller...

killamch89 reacted to Alexander. in Competitive Racing Games
My favourite racing game is GTA 5 (Online Jobs). Only recently have I started to play the races in Grand Theft Auto 5, they're absolutely flawless for me, amazing landscape, map editor, and a great selection of vehicles that you can customize and choose. It's a very competitive and rewarding part of the video game.

killamch89 got a reaction from kingpotato in Your thoughts on the Monster Hunter franchaise
Monster Hunter isn't a game for the casual player. It has always had a steep learning curve and you have to plan your monster hunts very precisely or risk getting wiped out. That being said, it is one of the most rewarding experiences when you develop some expertise in this game. I love Monster Hunter despite how difficult it is to get into and I can understand why people stay clear of it or get turned off by its difficulty.

killamch89 got a reaction from DylanC in Movie/TV licensed games
Alien Isolation, Spiderman, Van Helsing, Transformers and the Arkham series are the movie-licensed games I have enjoyed. And then there are the 007 games for the N64 as well as other consoles. Speaking of - why hasn't there ever been an Austin Powers game? 😂
