Jerlene Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 I've been arrested multiple times. Never did any real time though, just had to sit and wait in jail. It's so boring. You lose your mind. There's absolutely nothing to do but think.

Jerlene Posted November 12, 2018 Author Posted November 12, 2018 Oh yeah, you don't want to be arrested. Cops don't care about you at all and will say some really hurtful things to you just because they can. My charges? Mostly theft or drug related. I was a terrible kid. lol

I have in the past been cautioned by the police but it was always for something stupid and really just a warning or I would have been escorted home because I was out later than I should have been but it was never anything so serious that they had to take me in. I remember I would have friends who would think it was cool to get arrested at a young age but to be fair I never saw the appeal and would rather have stayed out of serious trouble if I could rather than get into a lot of trouble and end up arrested. I never saw it as being cool either.

I can honestly say I've never been arrested and I hope to keep my record clean. I don't want to lose my job or my future career working with people.

kingpotato Posted December 18, 2018 Posted December 18, 2018 Yes twice, one for drinking under age on the street (tough lesson learned that time) and the second one I think it was unfair, I was arrested for being drunk on the street, its not against the law in my country but cops are jerks sometimes, even though I wasnt drinking anymore , sitting on a bench outside the bar waiting for my Uber honoring the rule "dont drink and drive".
