I could easily see myself getting a Switch 2 in 2025 or 2026.  I would buy one sooner, but I don't buy consoles very often.  I'm also not an early adopter.  I love my current Switch Oled and am really into the one game I own for it WRC 8.  I'm only restating a lot of this because there seems to be a lot of new members here.

Finally, there's one who's giving more time to this kind of game, so it doesn't look like I'm the only freak here 😂.

I haven't played the game that much but from what I've heard about it, it seems like a lot gamers are interested in it. I'm not sure if that makes it underrated. 

I'm very sure that you might be able to get it from ebay. I think I have seen it listed on the platform some time ago. 

If it's something that's not serious which I can attend to anytime without any problems, I'd play my games and get to it later but if it needs my immediate attention, the games wait. 

generally speaking, I don't do that but there are a lot of games that I enjoy paying and I can hardly quit. Had there been no other work to do I would have been spending many hours playing.

Gran Turismo 7 and Red Dead Redemption 2 are two video games that makes a lot of sense to me. Also, Skyrim is another one then Elden Ring tops it all. 

Are there games that are an “event” to you to play, and that you consistently put other things on hold for? Like whenever I play a BioShock game, I usually just abandon other parts of my nighttime routine until I am done.

Nothing hurts more like losing something that was gifted to you which you do love so much. I would be sad over it for a long time as if that happened to me. 
 
I do have a PS4 but looking for Atari compilations on the console never occurred to me for once.

Maybe for keeping old games going like the old style retro games, Yeah. If I can get hold of an hold PS2 be cool to have and own again. Still have the old copys laying around

The way dusts cover up my room divider set up with my console and TV makes me cover them up always whenever I'm not making use of them. It helps reduce how dirty they get over time. 

You should my friends because too much dust and dirt in them wouldn't be good for them and how they function. 

The same thing is apparently applicable with me in my constant playing of GTA 4 when I still have GTA 5 to play. I can't get over playing GTA 4. 

Some games hit you in a way that you can't let them go no matter how many times you have played them. You will see yourself still coming back to it. 

I'm sure that some people are like a dog with a bone in some certain things. It's probably why they couldn't let go easily with the game. If they could, they would have. 

Exactly, those first time buyers encounter issues if the game is faulty, that's why I'm always aside from purchasing video games during their first time releases. 

Getting the reviews on the game after a while it's been released would give you everything you need on the game. If you base your decision on it, you would hard go wrong. 

This is exactly my disposition towards this situation because it even works better for me to dedicate my time to playing another game than struggling to get a bug workaround. 

If it's something I know that the game's developers are still going to work on because it's going to be reported, why do I have to do anything? There's no pain or stress in waiting while playing another game. 

A game breaking bug with no simple workaround have already called the shots for me. There's nothing left for me to do but dump it and wait for the bugs to be fixed. 

I have a very serious problem with bugs and glitches in games. They affect my overall interest in the games they are filled with. Not to talk about the game's breaking type, I wouldn't stress myself too much about it. It's either I quit the game or wait for it to be fixed before playing it again.

Pretty much any gaming experience can be educational but you just don't know or realise it, have you ever wondered about the following :
-> Is playing racing games on a regulair basis making you a better driver in real life? 
-> Is playing a puzzle game going to help you finding more logical solutions to a problem?
-> Is playing a management game going to help somebody should they you ever start a business or have one?
-> Is playing a game full of moral choices going to help you make tough choices in real life more easier?
-> Is a building game ala minecraft benefitual for somebody's creativity?

Gran Turismo is a great one as they also give you some racing history as well with certain tracks and the records that certain cars broke on those tracks.
