what game? A tabletop game? 👀 sounds cool lol.

"The adventurer picks up the sock with the name on it and brings it to the dragon to patch it's wound. He notices that the dragon has lit a fire with its breath, so he sort of understands and adds twigs to the fire, it surges up brighter, lighting up the surroundings"

"The adventurer now takes a closer look at the dragon's wound, still feeling unsure of himself, but deciding that this tending takes priority, he decides that the sock is not enough for it, so he rips off his longshirt's sleeve to make a bandage for the wound."

"the dragon stays still enough for him to do so, and when he finishes he says..."

What does he say, and what does he do next... (comment the next scene)

The main character tries to remember where he is and what he is doing, he finds out he can't even recall his own name.

he spots a sock on the ground, it has a name embroidered on to it. It says "Ben", he still doesn't recall anything, except that spell he mumbled earlier that apparently summoned a dragon, which just now landed into the clearing a few meters off, scaring away all the yellow eyed creatures lurking in the shadows.
he starts walking toward the dragon a bit unsure of what to do next.

What do you do next ? (next comment has to reply with the action he takes)

I'm going to wait it out and see exactly what it comes out like after a few gamers have played and have their say on it. If it manages to come out well, then it's up for my getting it.

    29 degrees C 😁 (I can't read F temps lol)

cool would be the best for me probably, although I do fancy having the summer sun on my skin from time to time. 😉

well I used to do long naps in the daytime, when I played until early morning, but now I just do short naps in the daytime. 😉
yeah, sometimes the pacing of a slow movie will do that to you, but you won't fall asleep as much if you are actually doing something with your hands like moving the mouse, WASD, or mashing the controller. 😁

I see, you're on to a new phase then... true, managing games are built to... well... manage stuff, and that can feel like work, or even is a chore depending on the perspective.
Playing stuff in pure sandbox mode? That feels like getting some relaxed creative juices flowing, or oddly like Lego. 😁 just having fun doing stuff.

For me, Lego was a large part of my childhood, so even now, Minecraft has that forever appeal of "virtual Lego" for me. 😀
So I don't care about that aspect of Hi-res graphics of Minecraft. Though, shader packs and animated textures are more fun to play with if the PC can handle it. 😁
also reminds me of a friend who once commented that Minecraft has no appeal to him at all because of the simple graphics.

Although I do appreciate great HD graphics on other games too, like all the stuff that's coming out as Unreal Engine 5 demos are very cool. 😎

It looks cool, but to be honest, I'm just kinda too lazy to have fun managing resources. Even in Jurassic World: Evolution 2, which I just bought, I just turn off all resource management options in sandbox mode because I'd much rather get to the fun stuff - building dinosaurs and observing them. Eco looks like you'll have to build an entire community from the ground up, and don't get me wrong, I did enjoy that kind of game for quite a long time over several years in the past. But I guess I've kinda outgrown those games and I've moved on to more straightforward sandbox games where I can do whatever I want. Resource management tends to feel like a chore, like work, and working is the last thing I want to be reminded of while playing a game.

Minecraft doesn't really have the top-tier graphics JWE2 has, unfortunately. lol Part of the reason why I caved in buying JWE2 is because of how great the dinosaurs look as opposed to, say, Parkasaurus (which has far superior gameplay, but the dinos look like cartoons for toddlers).

Same here. I have a permanent blue filter on my laptop for my migraines. But they usually back off at night when I game. If they don't, I just play something that doesn't involve being outdoors in-game in daylight.

Hmmmm, reminds me of this survival sort of game, that was built as an educational game to be sold initially to schools, have you heard of "ECO"? It might be the sort of game that you might like, since it's technically sort of peaceful, and can play with multiplayer on public or private servers.

It's a sort of like Minecraft, but with economy features, and a meteor will destroy the world if the players don't stop it.
to get the gist of it, just search for a youtuber that has a fast recap video about their world from start to endgame. There are plenty. 😀

Hmmm, do you play Minecraft? I remember seeing a modpack about dinosaurs a while back, that could be literally sandboxed mode too. 😁

Both companies have been taking gamers for fools for years and it's surprisingly frustrating that they keep getting away with it. It's sad there's no other competitions out there otherwise this would go by so easily.

It's sad though, no matter the age at which 'Queen Elizabeth gave up on life, I felt so sorry about her demise. With the information I got from various sources online, she was a good queen during her reign as a queen of U.K. I just pray another queen emerge and continue on that good leadership.

Well since I am a Vampire, I use Blue Light to illuminate the room because natural light burns my skin.  I have other choices of course like red, green and everything in between but I just think blue is cool, calm and emphasises my lack of hue.  In blue I can easily hide because in that light everyone looks like a corpse!

My eyesight's gone to crap anyway. lol So no, I don't bother. The "Night Light" setting on my PC looks kinda weird anyway, giving off this sepia color tone. I like quality graphics in my games.

You don't even need any lights at all cos I heard vampires sees clearly in the night 😂. I'm just kidding!!

I'm not overly familiar with Rick & Morty but from what little I've seen it could well work. Hell, there's even a D&D module, so if it can translate to the tabletop well enough I reckon it can come to consoles and PC no problem. Like you, I'm shocked it hasn't happened yet. Any theories as to why not?

Like some kind of multiverse scenario - wouldn't be a bad idea at all. It's something very possible in Rick and Morty with all the experiments they do every episode.

Rick and Morty is huge. They already have some mobile games, and the creator of the series has two game out already. So it's not far from reality. Some of the characters have appeared in Fortnite and other games too.
I can see them having board games and other types of games out there. There are also card games for Rick and Morty that are kinda popular. Like the Total Rickall card game, where it's kinda like a deduction game, similar to Among Us where you have to find who are the parasites and who are real. I've been meaning to pick it up one of these days, but been putting it off.
But yeah, there's so much they can do with the Rick and Morty series.

I know there are some mobile Rick and Morty games, but I mean a full on game for consoles and PC. Maybe an adventure game with first person shooting. I think you could make an open world game, maybe include other planets you can travel to. I see they did a VR game in the Rick and Morty world. But I don't count that as it wasn't accessible to most people. I mean, not having a VR headset or psvr.
I'm honestly surprised that they haven't made a traditional game yet. Just called Rick & Morty.

I was telling a friend that the scarcity of the Playstation 5 was all part of the game that Sony are playing and not as a result of the coronavirus era. I have been vindicated with this recent updates by the Sony Entertainment. They are just out here to milk gamers as they wish.

Whilst I don't agree with what Sony has done, this price increase in no way vindicates any theory that the sacristy caused by supply issues through the pandemic was a part of any plan from Sony or anybody else. That microchip shortage reached and affected just about every manufacturing industry from games consoles to waste refuse vehicles.

Whatever Rockstar (or rather, Take 2 Interactive), Electronic Arts or Activision-Blizzard are doing, it has nothing to do with Sony's price hike of the Playstation 5.
    Let's keep this on topic.

I've heard some people claiming that the PS5 is technically a failure, and that is why the price hike is happening. I don't know if that's true considering they have sold a ton still, but I don't get why they are doing a price hike in the first place.
I also heard in the same claim, that it's due to these areas not purchasing the PS5 as much, so instead they increase the price. idk. A lot of what's posted online may be false, so I can't verify if any of what I said is true. But I could see it in some ways.
