  1. Well, I used to have a console and yet it never gets used, that's me though. Yes easy to setup and plug and play your downlanded games on your console.
  2. Yes, like that BUTTT I agree, I mean if you was a real life pilot and or passger on a 10 hours flight you be seating down for 10 hours long
  3. my channel used to be monetized back in the day before far more rules and gildlines were in place, I was even with Freedom network πŸ™‚ even then wasn't making that much monet since the network takes so much away and I get the rest. Not easy as it used to be
  4. Always going to run out. Many Years ago 2TB was enought, now I'm over 5TB and still not enought. But take those games off that you do not play anymore ans save space πŸ™‚ Leave your 500gb SSD to the OS and have other drives installed. Now you can pick up 10TB HDD drives yet they aren't at 7200rpm, 3tb is the max for 7200rpm but who has HDD where M.2 and SSD drives are the real furture.
  5. I'm shooting at 1440p 164Hz at the moment and require a more expensive GPU to run HIGH FPS. At 4K the highest cpu usage I've seen was 69%, but it's usually in the 40-50% range. So why haven't most taken the jump? 4k displays are very reasonable plus it's less taxing on the cpu. Most people do 1440p and 144hz is because 60 to 144 is a big jump and 1080p to 1440p is a big jump but 1440p to 4k isn't nearly as noticeable and it hurts ur fps alot so people think 1440p and 144hz is more worth it. However the gpus that do 1440p 144hz are usally the same ones that you will be looking at for 4k 60. If u want to be comfortable at 4k 60 min is power play modded oc 2080. But what you would most likely want its a 3080 (at least 1000 usd). 1080ti is alright if u can get a good deal (400 ish usd) but id rather go for a 3060 super.

    Crypto?

G2A accepts crypto payment and soon enought they will have more other places πŸ™‚ But major people don't use it.
  7. Hear it all the time that people die from smoking, from drinking. You can die from simply riding on airplanes for long periods as well as suffer significant eye strain from watching netflix. The point is an unhealthy lifestyle is the cause here.
  8. They can play anything I think is suitable. You have game ratings that tell how carefully needed to look at a game, but use your right decidion to what is suitable. I say read reviews, watch Youtube, see what Reddit has to say, and also play some of the games before deciding. Only buy adult games on his Steam account if it's something you want to play together with older mates or yourself so that kids doesn't have the control over it untill they are older. I agree that kids shouldn't play games that too mature for them, but age and the person that they are is getting the right games.
  9. Understandable, but five years isn't too long. And most people will use and keep their phones for 5 years tops. Not like damn windows phone, almost all apps are no longer working and even Skype doesn't support it anymore. Well that's that. End of the day who will be using this new phone? who is going away from Samsung or sticking to other models.
  10. I get almost free games all the time πŸ™‚ Look at Epic gaming πŸ™‚ they do free games almost each month and over the hoilidays they given 15 games out. Humble Bundle is not fully free but offers cheap bunlde packs with hugh savings, also keymailer that I always checking to see what keys I get. Had around 5 games from keymailer.
  11. Well, how long is too long, I mean 5 hours or 20 hours. At times I can game for 5 hours and feel fine afterwards or after times game for 4 hours and feel it afterwards where I need to rest. Depends on how they feel. When flying over 5 hours every hour or so I stand up and ove around since doing 5 hours flight you do nothing but look at the screen.
  12. People try to aim for higher fps in exchange for worse graphics, if you have a strong enough machine and the game isnt as demanding then you can have both worlds, some even prefer lower frames for better graphics. The usual benchmarks for fps is that 30hz, but alot aim for 60hz to 144hz. An easy way to explain what it is, is to imagine a person walking for 60 seconds and you had to show what he does exactly through photos, you would get a more detailed graph of his motion of you took more photos rather than less, thats what fps is but instead of photos they are called frames and the more per second the smoother you can see their movement, for many its not really inportant unless you are playing high presicion games like fast pace first person shooters or mobas but for skyrim its fine to play at 30 fps
  13. Who does demos hames nowadays, do not really see them around. They release the game and to play you have to buy the game, then again you have two years worth of playing time to get a refund on steam. Ohh and Xplane 11 offers a free two hours demo πŸ™‚
  14. Doom 2016. If there's any game I've absolutely mastered, its doom 2016. Any borderlands fans in here, will know that combined probably spent more time on that franchise than in some of my past jobs, lol. Dozens of playthroughs. Another that I did allot and loved doing the missions over and over again was Halo the first game. Used a mod that gives you god mod and freeze time and did funny things with it πŸ˜›
  15. I haven't pre-ordered a game for a very long time, last I can remember was BF3. Recently, however, I pre-ordered Battlefront 3. I am a huge fan and can't wait for this game however I waited then it came then I had to cancel the order, and the moment it comes out I wanted to play it, but didn't happen. I am not concerned with performance issues or a lazy port job. I just want to play the dang game.
  16. Objectively the pc is better because the only thing limiting you is your specs that at launch the Xbox one and ps4 were old news and the one a and pro are half step upgrades. Pcs have gone through a few generations since then and consoles are stuck with lesser parts. So all depends at that point on choice. Because a controller feels good in your hand and is much easier to control than with keyboard and mouse. The only disadvantage console has is that you can’t turn your camera as quick and as precise as with a mouse. But end of the day people will rather feel what they love the best. PC for higher great grphics on high end system Also to consider.
  17. Unless the apps doesn't get updated. I know that some apps that you do not have to fully update and still use it πŸ™‚ well not apps that requires server based. 5 years is a good lifespan for most things.
  18. Additional content and DLC is not a "modification" of what defines the game (engine, assets). Mods, at least from what I've played on the PC, generally fundamentally change the way the game originally was intended to function, be it small or huge. I suppose it could go either way. There are graphical mods, huge overhauls, that don't really change the game aside from superficial levels. But there are some that are entire game-changers. So yes and no, but I'd tend to go with "no" if we're speaking of simple DLC.
  19. This chart looks at how Steam's daily active user statistic has changed over the past year. In particular, the coronavirus and the associated lockdowns, layoffs, and economic stimulus, and how these factors influenced people's gaming habits. Obviously, the development of the pandemic is a complex subject, with countless milestones and landmarks to map out the events over time, but it would be impractical for me to include them all. So yeah

    VPN

VPNs will generally increase your latency when gaming, although there are some situations where, if the VPN has hubs in both your city and the city of the server you're connecting to, it may reduce, or barely impact latency at all. But having fast connection to the house with good ping is what needed for gaming. HELL, My $500 Router has VPN option that I do not use. I hear that Nord is one of best VPN's out there with a wide selection of servers types to connect to. Use the closest server to you to get the best latency.
  21. Nothing you stopping added more ram πŸ™‚ I mean the memory is a simple to upgrade for most Laptops. Will that's all you can do regards what can be upgraded. in your case that you only going to have two slots, most laptops only have one to two slots and they are fully taken. To find out if it's DDR3 or DDR4, I'm thinking that it's DDR3 since you using a far older system. and then look at the speeds and soo if your motherboard can support higher speeds. Just see what max you can put into the system. Most boards might support a max of 32GB or less. It's not like a desktop where they can go far as 128GB. Then again 8gb is more then enought as no idea what CPU and gpU that your system has LOL Most high end gaming laptops are max of 16GB
  22. I'm fine with games not having multiplayer but there are SO MANY amazing single players games that would be great for a co-op experience with a friend. I feel like we keep saying "hey this single player franchise is great, I'd love to be able to play with a friend!" and then they hand us a MMO. Like, no, that's not what I said. I didn't say I wanted to play with all my friends, and all of their friends, and those assholes over there. I do enjoy a good MMO from time to time, but that's not really what I wanted, here. I wanted co-op, to play the game I know and love side by side with just one or two hand-picked friends.
  23. Selecting a theme for your profile by customizing wasn't it beta 5 months ago? Where people was on ASA for years up until last fall, then down to beta. Overall, there wasn’t much of a noticeable difference to the user experience what I see, though once you delve into deeper features and/or start utilizing things, those little niggles affecting quality of life use would start popping up. Who was also using the Beta?
  24. Yes, all the time to get the best deal. End of the day I do not want to spend $30 for a game where I can get it far cheaper on sales or other great deals on other sites for steam games. Humble Bundle and HRK are the two main sites that I use to get games that are far cheaper. Rust I got for 45% of where steam was full price. Same with DLCs content. G2A I used once but at times there not trusted. I only use sites that I trust and have no errors with them.
