Session 9
10/10
It's a mind job.

Tired. been up since 4:00AM. My birthday was yesterday (DO NOT SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY) and it was fairly uneventful, and almost unnoticed thankfully. Right now I'm just trying to kick start my brain. It's not going very well yet.

I don't have any wish to dive into the dark web either. I'm not interested in anything criminal, and the surface web provides all the knowledge I need, so I don't see the point. Not that I know much about it. I'm a saint! 😄
The DW isn't all criminal information. That's just an urban legend. Granted there's a lot more on there than the surface web, but there's also a lot more other stuff there as well. For example I post on a couple forums that the surface web wouldn't particularly be able to host. One thing that is on one of them is the whole "Dark Web Mystery Box" hoax. Everyone gets a hell of a kick out of it. The whole bullshit story started on YouTube with people putting random stuff in a box, packing it up to look creepy and possibly criminal, and saying they bought it on the DW. Those of us on the DW all know how stupid it would be to give ANYONE there any form of information. You think the psycho count on the surface web is bad? You haven't seen shit. Aside from that, it's a comfortable home for sociopaths. I can talk freely about things that would get me banned from SW forums, including this one.

What are your thoughts on the Big Grey Man of Ben Macdhui?

Remember I'm a classic gamer here people.
I would say the biggest advance would be Zelda OoT after Link To The Past. Link To The Past was so small and confined. Then OoT comes out, and it's enormous. Especially the dungeons. And there are so many tricks and hidden treats you can find through out the game. It was the first one with a horse you can ride, it introduced gold skulltulas, gorons, gerudos, friendly zoras, and a whole cast of new items. And above all else it introduced THAT MOTHERFUCKING OWL. Damn you Shigeru Miyamoto!

Specifics, huh? Ok then, here's a few:
Beating the Plutonium Boss - Blaster Master
Finding The First Crown - Legacy Of The Wizard
Discovering Level 8 - The Legend Of Zelda
Beating Mike Tyson - Mike Tyson's Punch Out
Beating Shadow Link - Zelda 2
Saving Princess Whats-Her-Name from Psy-Crow - Earthworm Jim 2
Beating Even ONE Dungeon - Zelda Goddess Of Wisdom
Beating Tubular - Super Mario World
Collecting At Least One Of Every Item From Every Monster - Castlevania SOTN
That's the best list I can come up with at the moment. I woke up at 4 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep, so I'm pretty much running on empty right now.

@killamch89 have you seen any of the kids react... videos on YouTube with kids being shown an original Game Boy for the first time? They're hilarious! Most of them can't even figure out how to turn the damn thing on!

I'm not the one who bought these games, I got them for my birthday, and two of them blew my mind. You'll know which two.
SSX (PS2)
TMNT Tournament Fighters (NES)
Ducktales 2 (NES)I was shocked that I got them, especially since they are supposed to be two of the rarest games on Nintendo. I can't wait to really get in there playing them.

I was actually meaning video game.

I'm going to exclude the obvious answers like Rebecca Black and songs specifically meant to be dumb/funny.
The dumbest lyrics award goes to two. Hanson's Mmmbop. I'd like to mmmbop my foot up their ass for that one. The other goes to ICP's song Miracles for the line "Fuckin' magnets, how do they work".
Seriously? How does a god damn magnet work? And to think I used to be a fan of ICP before they went mainstream and started pulling their whiny, baby bitch bullshit.

I spend more time on the dark web than I do on the surface web. The surface web is so PC that it gets on my nerves a lot. The pic I'm attaching sums it up perfectly. The surface web gets boring after a while. For those that do go down the rabbit hole, so to speak, are you on Tor? Its the portal I go through. It's really easy to figure out. Once you hit Agora Road, you're in.

I bought two on eBay that just came in the mail yesterday. I got F-Zero on SNES, and I got what has been classified by many as that absolute hardest game ever created. Battletoads. I wanted it for a while, and found it for a great price, so I snatched it up.

When I’m in a rage, or suicidal. Games hold absolutely no appeal in any way to me.
-
I have in Diablo and Diablo II. Right when I enter a boss fight I use potions one after another. Before I know it, I’m out of potions, half dead, and the boss is wondering if I’ve spent the entire fight swatting flies. Some bosses are a pushover, some are next to impossible to beat.

It all depends on just how down I’m feeling. I’m on medication for depression and bi-polar, so I have some serious mood swings. I’m also on several antipsychotics. But that aside, when I’m down if I’m playing, then it varies. It’s always something I’ve mastered. Never any game I’m “just ok” at. Nor is it something I suck at. If I get to a suicidal point, then I play nothing and sit in silence doing absolutely nothing.

Taking care of my shoulder. I’ve been having some severe pain deep in the bone for a while. If it doesn’t get better in the next few days, I’m gonna go to urgent care and see if it’s broken. I have very limited movement in my right arm due to this, and don’t have the money for any kind of should brace.

Of all the characters in South Park, who would you most want to be friends with and why?
-
What to you, is the dumbest and most pointless holiday?
-
What game from your childhood did you hate the most and why?
-
There’s a few. I’m on a pitbull forum, a daemonology/paranormal forum, a suicide forum, and a Satanic forum. That’s not a complete list of all the forums I’m at, it’s just the ones I’m the most active on.

I think I'm a culprit here of this though process. What I mean by this, is when you get to a point that you have certain games in your library, mainly your favorite ones that you play and replay all the time, that you lose interest in trying new games unless it's a part of a favorite series. But lets forget buying new editions to favorite series' for the moment. Does else anyone feel that they're in that situation? I have tons of games that have some of the best gamer reviews that I haven't played because I don't know if I want to get involved in something new. I think I have a stick-with-what-you-know attitude. For example, I have Skyrim. I've never once even put it in the machine. I've played maybe 10 minutes of The WItcher 3. These are all the games I have on PS3:
Assassins Creed 1,2,3
Bound By Flame
Castlevania Lords Of Shadows 1,2
Dantes Inferno
Dark Kingdom
Darksiders 1,2
Dark Souls 1,2
Demons Souls
Devil May Cry 1,2,3,4
Dishonored (2 Copies)
Dragon Age II
Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe Edition
Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition (DA Origins, DA Origins Awakening)
Dragons Dogma
Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion
Elder Scrolls V Skyrim
Fallen Angel Sacred II
Family Guy Back To The Multiverse
Final Fantasy X, X2
God Of War 1,2,3, Chains Of Olympus, Ghost Of Sparta, Ascension
Heavenly Sword
Hunted: The Demons Forge
Infamous Collection (Infamous, Infamous2, Infamous: Festival Of Blood)
Lair
Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge
Reckoning Kingdom Of Amalur
Rise Of The Argonauts
Risen 2 Dark Waters
Risen 3 Titan Lords
South Park The Stick Of Truth
Thief
Two WorldsHave I played any of them? A couple. Most of them I've never even played once. I had full intentions of playing them when I bought them. The same goes for the Xbox One and PS4 games I have. But I've never touched them. I don't know why. I think it's more of a fear of the unknown thing for me. Like I'm scared of trying something new. I spent the first 18 years of my life being beaten daily by my drunk bastard sperm donor (aka father), and told to the extreme how worthless I am by my narcissistic egg donor (aka mother). When that's your life you end up afraid of new things. So I don't know if I'm just being close minded, or if I'm truly afraid of trying something new. Or maybe I'm afraid of liking it if I do.
Anyone else feel this way?

Modern warfare is definitely realistic and also the fun in terms of the aiming in context of real life.
Realistic graphics only. Trust me on that.

Looks are somewhat important, but intelligence is always more attractive.
Personally, I would rather date an ugly genius than a gorgeous moron.

I would say Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson. Watching them grow up at Hogwarts for 8 years, it’s not really easy to picture them without a wand in their hands.
