  1. I agree - another example is Fight Night by EA. Immensely popular series in the 2000's to early 2010's - I'm glad EA didn't try to make another one after 2011. Otherwise, I'm sure they'd have ruined it by now.
  2. You still have not posted anything concrete - there have been quite a number of cases where people in the US pleaded guilty to things because their attorney badly advised them (Not saying that's what going on here in this case). Until I see the evidence presented in court and a guilty verdict - I'm not drawing any conclusions. It's not like we're dealing with Mel Gibson who has a history of abuse and violent behavior.
  3. To be honest, the lawsuit was in the making way before we ever started discussing this whole thing. As early as last July (if I remember correctly) when the EU were looking into Google's anti-competitive behavior so I believe that's one of the lawsuits.
  4. I don't have enough to go on with this but let's hear the court verdict and evidence brought forward before we start jumping on the bandwagon. Remember, Johnny Depp was also accused of domestic abuse and we saw how that turned out. I've been seen too much of this happening lately with people being accused of abuse only to find out the allegations are false so let's hear the court verdict.
  5. I'm going to miss it but it's probably for the best - other developers prolong a series and you end up with something like Gran Turismo 7.
  6. $2,000?! - I have so many questions! Like I know you guys mentioned it's terrible and I can see that it is but the only thing I can think of is the individual did this to gain some clout. Clout has become the drug for a lot of people these days...
  7. I know - it's been in the news over the past week or so. It's greedy megacorporations having a go at each other - I'm loving this.
  8. Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery - 8/10
  9. The whole issue I've always had with newspapers, it's always the negative events they put at the front and the more positive events are buried deep in the paper.
  10. Negative: It means that you'll become more of a slave to the technology especially with things like Nuerolink on the horizon.
  11. Apple and Android tried to push this crap for years but as powerful as smartphones are, they just can't replace computers for now or in the near future.
  12. High On Life - Seriously, this game is the most hilarious thing I've played in years.
  13. Mortal Kombat lol - no seriously - I just wonder what the Fatalities would look like in first person. Or even better, if you were the one who lost and experiencing a fatality.
  14. I wouldn't say it's a gimmick but VR is still going through a transitional phase of sorts to take it from an afterthought to something that can become a more integral way of interacting with virtual worlds.
  15. Honestly, that looks like a lot of fun - killing targets in first person is a lot more immersive.
  16. Typical Meta - they purposely do this so people are forced to buy the more modern versions. I wouldn't buy one of these as I have to log in with a Facebook Account.
  17. I didn't even know you could play this over VR. This would probably be entertaining...
  18. Not really and that's because of how much time and effort it'd take to make and maintain it. Plus your hard work can be ripped off by copycat games and Google wouldn't care less.
  19. I have played it a couple of times but the experience does feel quite lackluster on mobile devices. I have a very powerful flagship and my phone would occasionally lag during certain games.
  20. Nope - I don't even fancy mobile gaming all that much. Outside of a few games, the rest are just endless money pits which will leave you in debt if you're not careful.
