  1. As echoed here by a few others, if it sounds like a fairytale, it usually is one. Scammers thrive on your desperation and before you know it, you've lost far more than you could've gained just saving up for a PS5.
  2. Scalpers, the Pandemic, the war between Ukraine and Russia are all affecting supplies because certain components for electronics come from Ukraine only. It'll probably be like this until next year as the world is returning to a bit of normalcy in terms of supplies.
  3. I currently don't but I should be able to get my hands on one by the end of the year provided that supply increases which it seems to be doing.
  4. I agree with Gears Of War but you can play it using the Gamepass - well at least on PC. I'd love the Nintendo games especially Super Smash Bros.
  5. Congrats man - I'll definitely get myself one when I'm done buying and building my PC.
  6. Yeah - Nintendo is way too popular to fail unless they do something like abuse their employees like Activision does. Even then, I think they'd get off much lighter because Nintendo still produces great games whereas Activision has been horrid for the past decade.
  7. I haven't played it but having watched a few of the videos - it seems like a pretty good game - not fantastic as OOT but pretty good nonetheless.
  8. OOT is the first one on my list - It's probably my favorite Zelda game of the entire series. I wish they'd remaster that game since Nintendo likes pushing out remasters in recent times. Those N64 graphics are quite dated in my opinion.
  9. This is surprising to me as you're a huge Nintendo fanatic and you seemed to have played almost every series I can think of. Link is a main character - he's been a main character since the N64 days. He's a pretty versatile character and has bunch of useful abilities to help you survive as long as possible such as his grappling hook which can save you if you get hit off the stage and you're near enough to an area where you can climb up.
  10. The art style looks very cartoony but I quite like it. The gameplay itself is a bit lackluster to me, it feels okay at best.
  11. The last time they did that and delayed the game multiple times, they started to receive death threats. When CDPR released Cyberpunk its unfinished state - the game went down as one of the great flops of the past decade. I'm pretty sure they're trying to avoid a repeat of that.
  12. I agree - try to create a sequel in another genre will never go over well with the original fanbase. New fans also tend to listen to what most older fans say so they may avoid it.

    Ikai

It is - you can see by the design of the temple, the clothing they're wearing and even the whole game world is Japanese themed.
  14. It does offer plenty of laughs - my favorite thing to do is shoot the explosive cylinders and then throw them in the direction of my friends, taking out the zombies and them in one go.
  15. Since I download my digital games from Steam and other online stores nowadays, my games are always new and prefer it that way. I used to hate going to GameStop to buy used games because you never quite knew how long the game would work for and they had a way of shifting the goalposts every time you had a complaint and wanted a refund/replacement.
  16. I would buy one but I'm currently buying parts to build a new gaming PC and you know how expensive that is so this isn't a priority right now.
  17. It's definitely a compelling game and a very underrated series as it had everything - drama, suspense and entertainment.
  18. Yeah - I actually when out of my way to get the Tomb Raider game because I loved the demo whereas the other one, a friend lent it to me because I just wanted to see how it ended - I would never try to convince my parents to buy it. As a matter of fact, I've never played again since the 90's.
  19. Thanks for the heads-up. Honestly, I don't really fancy those interactive kinds of games. I mean, the Walking Dead one was a pretty great story although I only watched it on YouTube - I'd probably get bored if I actually tried to play it.
  20. Despite its aesthetics, it is just a regular mouse after all with a D-pad on the side. I'm not certain if it functions as the mouse scroll wheel or it has some other function.
  21. Same - I always explore GTA games to memorize the map so that I know where to go when I want to find something/someone in-game.
  22. So was I but having seen how Sony has repeatedly tried to rip off their customers in recent years, I can no longer fully trust them going forward.
  23. This is the first I'm hearing of this series - it sounds a bit like the Last Of Us based on how you guys described it. How long has it been out?
  24. If I remember correctly, it was actually a one player game, maybe you're mistaking it for another game? That being said, it does certainly get the adrenaline flowing.
  25. I've been to E3 once and it wasn't so bad but I agree with you about the ventilation and personal hygiene factor. It's amazing that you have to tell grown adults to shower before coming to a convention.
