  1. It's a pretty impressive trailer but until the game is released and the reviews are out - I tend to keep my expectations pretty low to save myself the disappointment.
  2. This game is for a very specific group of people as most people including myself have outgrown most 8bit games.
  3. Oh okay - I never knew it was available on the Switch.
  4. I agree - I wish most companies would do this instead of rushing broken games out like Cyberpunk 2077.
  5. Because they're all involved and if he goes down, so does the board. I think he was suspended - if I'm not mistaken but that's just a slap on the wrist in my opinion.
  6. As long as they don't screw up like Amazon or Google did, they'll be perfectly fine. Honestly, I'm glad that Amazon and Google didn't gain any traction with their offerings because they are lousy at maintaining any projects that require constant attention as cloud gaming does.
  7. So true - it's such a solid offering. I heard that Sony is looking to release their own version which probably will be a copy of the Microsoft offering or close to it. I look forward to see who comes out on top.
  8. I absolutely love Jak & Daxter. I loved all the games but the last game on the PS2 was the one I really loved.
  9. Not really surprised - it was only a matter of time. Microsoft has been working on this a lot longer though and have had more time to market their gamepass service so Sony will really need to bring the heat to stand a chance.
  10. This - it's a good thing I never bought the game. I've said it time and time again that I keep my expectations low when I'm anticipating any games from EA because I know at best, it'll be decent and majority of the time, absolutely busted on arrival.
  11. Take-Two interactive are bunch of scumbags and deserve to burn. Seriously, they are one of the most corrupt, unethical, greedy developers in the gaming industry who's practices make EA look like angels.
  12. Health regeneration - not really but I don't mind stamina regeneration at all. I find it unrealistic when a character can just passively recover from life-threatening injuries.
  13. I don't really collect a lot of game items but I can appreciate the passion behind showing off your collection.
  14. Capcom has been milking this remaster thing for the past few years and although I enjoyed Resident Evil 2&3 remake, it gets pretty old when it's a yearly thing. Bethesda has remasters Skyrim about 3 different times now? (Legendary Edition, Special Edition, Anniversary Edition). It must be said that the Anniversary Edition at least comes with brand new content and some new activities like fishing among other things. I was initially skeptically but having actually played anniversary edition at a friend's house, the content update is worth the $20.
  15. AngryJoe is a good one with his angry reviews but he's really truthful, unbiased and his reviews are really detailed.
  16. I mean, it's okay when playing with your kids because I used to play cops and robbers with my dad when he got me and my brother some nerf guns. I mean when you have lots of adults dressed up as D&D characters and actually roleplaying it looks hella hilarious and awkward.
  17. I looked for one that can recline and also had a foot resting extension. It's not easy or cheap finding one that suit your specific needs. I had been through two or three before finally settling on the one I have currently.
  18. Most aren't really scary at all - Alien Isolation and Resident Evil games do a good job with them.
  19. Most of them are ridiculously easy and comes with lots of settings to make the game as easy to manage as possible. Come to think of it, most of the games I've played in past 5 years were really easy even on the hardest settings.
  20. I'm a PC gamer but for me it depends on the kind of game. For instance, when I play GTA or Watch Dogs, I find that the controller works best for maneuvering the vehicles while I use mouse and keyboard in FPS games.
  21. I totally forgot about AdventureQuest - I haven't played it about 15 years. They always had armor releases and new content and updates every week without fail.
  22. After a while, I have to stop downloading updates for recent COD games because of how much space they take up on my hard drives.
  23. When Red Dead Redemption two came out for the Xbox One, I got it for $54 which was a 10% discount at launch. That's the most I remember spending on any game.
  24. I was playing CS:GO and threw a frag grenade that ricocheted off two walls and dropped right behind me and my team and it pretty much killed us all. I'm not going to lie, I laughed pretty hard when I saw the replay.
  25. Lootboxes are basically gambling but they can't label it as such or else they'd come under legal implications for promoting gambling to minors. Also, they'd have to follow the regulations that gambling industry does.
