I miss the days where gaming on consoles did not really cost anything. Like the earlier days of Nintendo before they started charging. That is another reason why I am primarily a PC gamer. I do own a PlayStation plus with the PlayStation five, but to be honest, I might let my PlayStation plus expire and not renew it. Considering that they are raising the prices up a fair amount.

I already made my decision by buying a PS5 over everything else. I do have a decent gaming rig now though, but I got this back in April. I don't know anything about building a PC but honestly building your own PC is probably the best thing to do if you have the money and time. Not only will you be able to run the latest games, you can play a bunch of old games too via emulation if you're interested in that.

Considering Sony just stopped production of the PSVR2, they most likely see it as a failure and will soon announce that they're abandoning support for it, much like they did for the PS Vita. It sucks and it's a shame but, Sony's track record on handhelds or peripheral devices like this isn't very good.

Hasbro’s head of game studios, Dan Ayoub was recently interviewed where he stated that there is a really cool D&D game in the works, and it's inspired by what Baldur's Gate 3 was able to do. In turn they want to make their next D&D follow what Baldur's Gate 3 did right. The genre seemed to get better with the release of Baldur's Gate and Hasbro wants to continue to capitalize on the genre. 
And I'm sure fans of D&D would love to have more games in like with the quality Baldur's Gate put out there.

Okay, the slap fighting thing is truly ridiculous, lol. It's even funnier that they have a crowd and "sports announcers" lol. You would think this is a gag, but it's legit.

If you're interested in emulation and want a way to play games on your phone, you could look into adding emulators. If it's a iPhone, you'll have to jailbreak it but if it's Android as long as you've got it connected to the internet to get the emulators and games you'll be fine to play it wherever and don't have to worry about being online.

MGSV: The Phantom Pain. Nothing like spending hundreds of hours playing what was billed as the final chapter of Big Boss' saga, then finding out the character you're playing as isn't even Big Boss. That ending burned me so bad I haven't touched any of my MGS games since, and it used to be one of my favorite series.
FFVII Remake. That game was so good until the last chapter where they brought in the multiverse BS that wasn't in the original game.

The Bruno episodes! He could be fierce and adorable if he chooses. I so much love the singing too. 

I don't have Netflix because being way out in the boonies doesn't have that kind of streaming. I depend on DVD. I am currently watching Prison Break and The Following. Both are great

I never buy consoles day one, I usually wait a year or two for them to iron out the hardware/software bugs that inevitably occur with a new console launch. Also, neither of the last two console generations had any games at launch that I wanted to play, and there's no sense in buying a console if there's nothing worth playing on it.
That said, my new strategy is to skip a generation and wait for the next one. Game development cycles are getting so long that most of the big series are skipping a generation anyhow. I'm fairly certain that Fallout 5, Elder Scrolls 6, Final Fantasy VII Part 3, Red Dead Redemption 3, Elden Ring 2, Horizon 3, and other games of that caliber are going to be launch titles for the PS6 and Xbox Y. I might pick up a cheap used PS5 to play Dragon's Dogma 2, but that's a big maybe as there's only 3-4 games on the console that I want.

A game based of Felix the Cat? That very early cartoon from the 1920's? Releasing a game based of Felix the Cat makes even less sence now than it did in the 80's. At least there was a movie that came out around that time. It was crap, but at least it existed. Seriously, who asked for this?
 
The permice of Felix the Cat is that Felix has a magic bag he can morph into anything he wants. That's a cool concept for a video game, it really is. If one wanted to make a video game based off that, why not make something new? Use the modern tools and modern know-how how to help this concept reach it's full potential? Think about that, think about how the game hasn't seen any noticeable enhancements and think about that ridiculous price and you will probably come to the same conclusion I did. This is a lazy cash grab. Some lazy ass hat has somehow acquired this IP and seeks to make a quick and easy quid out of it.
 
It does look like decent game for it's time, but it obviously hasn't been remebered otherwise more people would know about it. If it had no impact then, there is no reason to expect it to have an impact now. This just isn't worth even the low effort that has been out into it.

Heavily prefer alone. I've had roommates in the past, and hated it. No privacy, no personal space, and having to listen to everyone watching TV or talking when you're trying to sleep.
So if given the option, I wouldn't hesitate to go it alone.

When I’m stressed, yes. But not traumatized. Trauma for me needs more than a video game, so do better when I talk to someone. But when I am tired I use games to unwind. 

I've done that. It actually tastes really good. But would you believe me that I put hot sauce on hot sauce? For example, I love buffalo wings. But I always put hot sauce on them. I've put hot sauce on things like cake and cereal. I add hot sauce to my salsa.

I see - If you want another recommendation, there's Mario Kart also.

I mean, Nintendo has been pushing this back for the past two or three years. I'll take this with a grain of salt and we haven't heard anything about a new Metroid game either so that's just wishful thinking.

Honestly - no. Don't get me wrong, I do like Mario but I hardly even celebrate my own birthday so I don't really care about Mario Day.

For me, a videogame is rated a masterpiece if it meets the following criteria:
Fantastic and unique gameplay and mechanics Above average Graphical detail and sound Amazing Storytelling and Lore Memorable characters

I do remember the Resistance Series as well. I used to have it on my PS Vita back in the day - I wish it would come back just because of how generic the first and third person shooter games have become. Sony is going all in on remakes and Live Service so unless it comes under one of those two categories, it's definitely not coming back anytime soon.

Ubisoft have the cloud streaming rights to Call Of Duty for the next 15 years. I didn't even remember this happened - I'm not sure what Microsoft gains from this deal either. Maybe they plan to acquire Ubisoft in the near future and this is just a way to start the process.

I finished FF16. Amazing game. Amazing story. I wasn't satisfied with the ending though. I was a completionist with this one so there is literally nothing left for me to do except start it over with New Game+ which I guess is harder the 2nd time around.
But I have shelved it for now in favor of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (part 2) which is absolutely fantastic!
 

Other interests. I grew up, started a business, got married, and had kids. These take priority over games. I'm overbooked for the next several months, which means I will probably start working extra hours and Saturdays. That will make Sundays the only day I can play... maybe.
I also am involved in online communities, and dabble in YouTube. I really need to pick ONE hobby and stick with that, lol

Honestly back when I first got my first computer and had access to the internet, I started playing games less and posting on forums more. This was back in 2008, and I did this for a while. I also don't game as much because I don't have as much time, though I've been getting more into video games again as of late since I've been focusing on my Youtube channel and it's gaming related.

Trust me when I say it's not as bad as Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric. It isn't even near as bad as Sonic 06 either, it's an okay game. Stay away from the PS2 version, the Gamecube or Xbox versions are better. I used to defend the game more when I was 16 since I really loved it back then, but now I can see it's alright. There are a few different endings to get so if you do play it, you'll be replaying it quite often. I know a few people who obtained all the endings. Honestly the internet is way too harsh on Sonic as a whole, sure there are some bad 3D games but the majority of them aren't too terrible. They're not as good as the 2D games, but they're good. (Not all of them of course!)
