I'm of this habit of doing something three times. It's more like an obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). If I pick up my controller, I'd drop it and pick it up 3 times before using it finally.

It isn't normal bro, it is weird, anyone suffering from it, need to contact a medic for proper medical check-up.

I'm already working on it.

I do the exact same thing. I keep my console, discs, and controller super clean. I always wash my hands before picking up the controller or handling a disc. If you wash your hands 3 times before gaming, that would be a bad habit
