I really don't know why some smokers are simply due hard when they're advised to stop smoking at the brink of losing their life. It's kinda weird, I wouldn't think twice if I am asked to stop what's injurious to my health.

It's part of their lives and they can't easily stop it when they know it's very important that they do quit it.

I'm a former addict, and believe me, getting over an addiction is one of the hardest things to ever do. The second hardest is fighting the draw and falling back into it. I've been clean for 18 years, but it's an uphill battle for the rest of my life. I'll be climbing Everest in shorts and a sports bra until I die. That's what the fight is like to keep from using again. I applaud anyone who can beat and avoid any kind of addiction they face. Whether it's some form of substance like drugs or alcohol, or it's something else like gambling and pornography. If you can beat your addiction, you have won my respect.

It's actually good that you mentioned pornography because as odd as it sounds, it's where I'm battling with my own addiction to it. I try as much as I can not stay alone for too long, otherwise I can't help it getting right at it.

A lot of people either don't or won't understand that pornography addiction is a real thing. Many people, both men and women, suffer from it. It takes time and help, but you can beat it.

I know what you mean man. The way I kinda overcame that issue as well was through exercise. Believe me, it really helps. Ive been exercising for a few months now and it does help, and you also get to lose a few pounds and gain a little bit of muscle.

It's definitely not easy to overcome porn addiction that's connected to masturbation. You sure do have a way to be controlling it a bit, just don't give up till you have it beaten.

Yes, it's simply the way they simply wants to live their lives. I got nothing to lose because it isn't my life they're smoking with, it's simply theirs.

Try Nofap - that might help you. You have to build up some self-control - try to occupy your time with more productive stuff like something you've always wanted to do but claim you have no time. You need to stop before you get your hand pregnant!...🤣 I was just kidding about the last part but try to take up things like meditating.

Nofap? It's my first time of hearing about it. I'm going to look into it and what I come up with. Yeah, you're correct about trying to keep myself busy and not lonely and alone. When I'm occupied, I hardly think about it or get into it.

It's a community that helps those who are addicted to porn to get a grip of themselves and beat the addiction. Here is their website.

Thanks for going to extra mile to get me that, I really appreciate it. I'm definitely going to check them out and see what help I can get from there.
