Shagger Posted March 27, 2022 Posted March 27, 2022 This is another most mobile games free-to-play, so they don't have to follow the laws in place with regard to refunds. You useually can't get fefunds for an i-app purchase. It's just further proof, not that more was needed, that the mobile game market is a snake pit.

Heatman Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 A snake pit that these gaming companies can't do without because it's pumping in money for them the way microtransactions have been doing for years now.
skyfire Posted March 30, 2022 Posted March 30, 2022 Yes a lot of games have this microtransaction on small items. So it's definitely something many game devs and companies need to watch out on too.
egghead Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 I have purchased a couple of mobile games and also frequently made in game purchases, but I have never been in a position where I have to ask for refunds.
