Shooting, which do you prefer?

Every time you play a shooting game  and you've got an choice to choose from 1st person or 3rd person. What option is your favourite and why? Do you sometimes switch between 1st or 3rd or stay with your preference?

If I have the option I will typically choose first person for the immersion factor. And maybe third person during platforming moments if the game has them.

I would say Medal Of Honor because it's one of my favorite. I really like the way of historical feats are presented throughout the whole game (that really catches my eye) and how the experience of playing that is so real.

First person shooting setting is my favorite. It gives me the feeling like I'm actually into the game live and direct. It's the best gaming feeling ever.

I think 1st person shooter is always better. Especially if you are in games like say Metro Exodus. You will find more value out of that gameplay if you happen to be a 1st person shooter game lover. However third person shooter can be fun too. It depends on how you see the gaming in your own context some of the time. That I can tell you from my experience.

I usually prefer first-person shooting but there are lots of exceptions to the rule. I do love third-person shooters, too, basically. It really depends on the game. In general, I prefer MP shooters to be first-person and story-based games to be third-person.

I'd recommend you check out this classic. This was one of the top game in the past. And it continues to be the top. I don't know if this game has much been renewed in terms of plot and gameplay in future versions.

Seriously, FPS have always been my favorite kind of gaming shooting narrative. It gives me a more sense to closure with playing, like I'm inside the game.
