I wouldn’t say I’m a “bad” gamer, but I’m not really a “good” one either. I suppose I’m pretty mediocre. But as a kid, I was downright terrible, to the point where I didn’t even grasp the appeal of playing. I just watched other people with great interest instead. There were a few games I liked anyway when I was younger, but I still remember the day I was playing Quake III Arena in CTF mode online, and suddenly something “clicked” in my brain, and abruptly, I could fight. I started scoring frags like crazy, and after that, a whole universe of gaming was suddenly accessible and awesome. Anyone else ever have that sort of experience?

Hello everyone, my name's Melon! I'm a twenty-year-old (soon to be twenty-one!) girl from Wisconsin the frigid north, and I'm here to make some new friends! I've been gaming for as long as I can remember. I'm a big fan of open-world games; my favorite video game series is The Elder Scrolls series (Oblivion has my heart). I also play a few other games such as: Overwatch, Fallout NV, Warframe, and Deep Rock Galactic, to name a few. On the internet, I mostly go by Sn9. There's nothing much that interesting about me aside from the fact that I have aspergers. For my gaming tastes, I'm mostly a fan of fighters, but I'm open to most things in all honesty. Pleasure to meet you all!

To be honest, I have never really done any streaming before.

I've played both the first season and the short 3-part 'Before The Storm' prequel series. The first season in particular is excellent with some fantastic writing, some super impactful emotional highs and some great voice-work. The prequel series is solid stuff but doesn't quite reach the level of the first season. That said, if you're a fan of the first season, you'll enjoy the prequel series. Not played the latest season yet, though, so can't weigh in on it. If you're a fan of narrative-focused adventure games, you're likely to really enjoy it. Hope that helps!

I haven't even played the previous Bioshock game 😭 I am planning to buy a few games for my birthday so I am looking up some deals.

Pokemon Red was my first game for the Gameboy Color. I used to destroy my friends at it.

I enjoyed Pokemon Snap when I was a kid. I thought taking pictures of the Pokemon was fun and cute. My family owned a photo lab at the time, so I guess I took an interest in it. However, it's not as fun as an adult. It's super easy is really the main problem lol. But it's cute to go back to every great once in a while. My least favorite game is actually Pokemon Colosseum. I just wasn't a big fan of the story, or the mechanic with only being able to capture those stolen shadow Pokemon. Espeon is my favorite Pokemon, so it and Umbreon being the starter Pokemon is what made me want to try it. My least favorite main game would be generation 4 - Diamond, Pearl, Platinum. I don't know what it was but I just remember this game being a slog. It also doesn't have the greatest Pokemon in that generation. The only ones that were super interesting were the new evolutions for existing Pokemon. I feel like it was a series low point when just taking the main games into consideration.

When trying to feed NPCs to wild animals please ensure that you actually try to get out of sight as quickly as possible because the bears and alligators are way more resistant to bullets than their real-life counterparts and they can kill you very quickly.

I still don't really like Skyrim HUD but I can easily use mods to change it up so it isn't that big of an issue for me. I tend to like the basic information but I don't want it to be extremely intrusive with things like body part damaged etc. I prefer this information to be almost transparent so it doesn't block anything on-screen.

Brexit is an absolute mess and I could tell from the beginning where this was going to go just by listening to what they were promising and how unrealistic their plans were.

They are actually pretty informative - especially about the origin of certain monsters and characters which were not addressed in the game. I feel like in the games, Geralt is kinda nerfed compared to what his feats were in the stories.

Yeah after years and years of waiting for many fans its not going to be worth it, besides Valve doesnt need to create new games at this point, it seems that Steam is more than enough for them.

I think there *could* be room for another succesful Bioshock game. I think the key would be to have a killer narrative, eerie atmosphere and solid shooting like the first title and Infinite. The unsettling political themes could be topical right now, too, with all that’s going on in the world. Being developed without Levine will be a hurdle, though. Perhaps they could get him on board as a producer who could give them some of his ideas perhaps?

Same here, I am not an addictive person by nature. As a matter of fact, I get bored of everything eventually so I just can't be addicted to anything.

Have you tried the new Spiderman game? I heard it is pretty awesome although I haven't played it myself. Almost everyone I know with a PS4 keeps going on about it.

I'd barracade myself in a Twinkie factory - Unlimited creamy goodness - mhmmm. I'd also make sure I create some makeshift weapons like a flamethrower with aerosol cans and lighters because you know Zombies hate fire and throw some water on the ground around an inactive generator and put some jumper cables into the water. If the zombies manage to get to that section they'd be in for a "shocking" ordeal...Badum tsss!..get it because I turn on the genera - Ok I'll see myself out.
