  1. I think the Telltale games, mainly because each decision you make has an effect in the game. So if you choose a good/bad decision then the outcome in on you because that's the consequence of your action

I try and read as much as I can because I adore reading. Michael Crichton (Jurassic Park/Sphere), Kurt Vonnegut (Slaughterhouse 5), Stephen King (The Shining, The Mist) and Alex Garland (The Beach) are some of my favourite modern authors and novels. Some older stuff like Jane Eyre, Macbeth and The Catcher In The Rye are classics, too. Gaming-wise, I do like reading IGN, VGR, WGTC, N4G and Bloody Disgusting. Reading is awesome and it really helps your writing as well.

  3. I usually love being a journalist who represents the gamers and what they want rather than pleasing the corporations. That means I am usually more outspoken in my own medium than anyone else who could do my job. The whole Exposure Vs. Paid debacle continues going on and how "Clickbait is feeding websites" is also a huge problem that happens even with YouTubers. The major issue is that humanity LOVES gossip. We literally are in love with seeing scandalous headlines about how they did this or that. That's funny, considering the forum you're in belongs to a game news website. But I digress, I don't think that news are a joke and they are still taken extremely seriously in my country. However, the reason for this is because Mexicans tend to go straight to the point (just look at publications like LevelUp, which don't even go for extremely hot hot takes).

  4. Personally, I find first-person style games are the most immersive gaming experiences mainly because that viewpoint feels like it puts me more into the protagonist's shoes. Not knocking third-person and other perspective style games, of course. Just find first-person games a wee bit more immersive.

  5. I'm going to have to mostly agree with @Alyxx in that I love Mexican and Japanese food the most lol. If I could I would eat it constantly lol.

  6. I feel like this problem is way beyond gaming. I'm not sure about other countries, but I know in America the news is basically a joke now. The gaming news seems to be no different lol

  7. Generally speaking, there are two extreme views in gaming journalism, one that is overtly supportive of the gaming industry and two extremely negative about gaming. Maybe I am wrong and the balanced view on the gaming industry also exist, however, I do not read a lot on gaming related news and articles.

I definitely have seen this. However, I must admit that sometimes some members don't really say much to add to the conversation. Since I started making longer posts, I don't think it's an issue with me, but hey..
